Waited nearly an hour to get food. They gave out food to someone else. Finally got food but the order wasn't right. Not the first time we've been unsatisfied with the service. It's usually cold food after a long wait. Don't go here.

My daughter and I went to Captain D’s for lunch yesterday. It was terrible. The person behind the found, acted like she didn’t even want to be there, never smiled , didn’t say thank you, have a nice day. Our food was terrible, fried was like a day old. Granted they need help, but if you don’t want to be there Quit. Don’t believe I’ll go there for a long my time.

Got the Alaskan Caught Salmon with Macaroni and cheese and Coleslaw. The fish was not hot and the rice that came with it wasn't cooked.

The fish and shrimp both have gone down in quality over the years. I used to eat there weekly, but when the fish changed to the skinnier filets with more breading, it just got super greasy. The shrimp used to be big, now they're little nuggets. Yesterday I decided to give it another try since it's been about a year since I've been there. The fish was the GREASIEST yet and the shrimp were so small and almost burnt. The employees were friendly, so that was a plus. Probably won't return since the quality keeps going down. Very sad, Captain D's used to be so good, but now everything tastes like dirty oil.
Waited 15 minutes in drive thru. Will not go there for a long time. We were only car in line when this happened

Very poor service made my son wait 20mins on his meal after they forgot it when they brought out everyone else’s meal then we order 5 meals an was told we should have order the family meal was out of sauces an an then when they brought out his hush puppies they said it on his napkins an when he went to get it he didn’t see them an they landed on the floor an after I went up to tell them we where missing a meal they treated me like I was lied about it an explained what was brought out an when asked for the corporate number some one hirer up I watched them crumbling my receipt up an then when they seen I was watching they brought it out an said there was t a number to call an the worst part is it was my daughters birthday she wanted to go there an was the worst experience every we spent over $85 on our meal was treated very badly
