I love Captain D's food but the constant personnel changes and sometimes bad service makes it hard to go as often as I'd like to. So slow and not very remorseful about it.

My sister wanted to try there seafood platter . So we googled the closest Captain D's location to us went there and it did not disappoint everything was perfect and the staff was amazing.

Very sad to haven't been to Captain D's in awhile use to be clean . The food wasn't good then to the cashier that was a whole other story . There was more branding than fish? Totally disappointed!

Went to the store today and a lady wearing an orange shirt was outside cursing and saying harsh things about the employees. Meanwhile my wife and I waited almost 30min! for our food. We will never return to this store as it has went down hill.

A major shout out to Samantha!! I had a complaint that was more geared towards a company issue, and in sending a complaint, that I thought was going to the owner, was sent directly to the Tiffin Ave Captain D’s. Upon reading my complaint, the manager Samantha, called me directly to address my concerns and went above and beyond to rectify it. This level of costumer service and genuine concern, is almost unheard of anymore! Thank you Samantha, for making my voice and opinion, matter ❣️

This use to be a go to place, but like so many others the service just isn't there anymore. Waited over a half hour for food and not because they were busy. You literally watched someone get food, eat, and leave before the next person's food was brought out. Restaurants are blaming lack of staff, but when they have gotten greedy and try to make less people do more work this is what they end up with.
