We drive 45 minutes from Lima regularly to eat here. They are always so nice and the food is always fresh and served quickly. The owner/operator is attentive and friendly. We would love to see them build one in Lima/Elida. Maybe near where they are building the new Target.

I placed a delivery order with Chick-fil-a, not door dash. I specifically asked for my food to be handed to me. The estimated time was 40 minutes. After 1½ hours, my food didn't show up. I checked outside my door, and the bag was on ground, ice cold. There was no knock on my door, and the app wasn't working so I couldn't check for updates, even though I shouldn't have had to. I do not recommend this place for delivery.

The food and service was amazing the food was great and the staff was amazing until I came across an event between the manager and a few staff members where the manager was purposely putting her staff down now I couldn't get a good look at her name but she doesn't deserve to be a manager at this location because she makes the environment terrible for not only customers but also the staff

Stopped into this store after a trip to Dick's Sporting Goods. I ordered a small order of grilled nuggets a small waffle fry with no salt and a frozen lemonade. Kept trying to use tap and pay and after three tries she sent me around to another booth in the Drive-Thru Lane. It took another two or three tries to get it to go through there. They said they have problems with Wi-Fi because of the metal roof. Finally got the food paid for and went around to pick up her food. Waffle fries were nice and crispy and no salt. Then perfectly. The frozen lemonade was just as good as usual. The big problem was they did not give me grilled nuggets they gave me regular nuggets which I do not like anyway. My son opened them up and we were going to share them but the one that I had tasted extremely salty and my son tried one and agreed. I had no way of knowing they ordered the wrong nuggets on the order until we it started on our way back home after picking up the food. Did not want to turn around and go back through all that again. Maybe the people taking the orders in the Drive-Thru should read back the orders to the customers before letting them go on. Will definitely never order their regular chicken nugget s at all.
