This was a clean and friendy restaurant. Sydney and Maria did an amazing job on the morning shift. The food is consistent and fresh. I am amazed at how many promo freebes they have. (Along with app incentives).
Nothing like getting an $8 mac and cheese and asking for an empty tiny fruit cup to split some for my 1 year old and being berated in the drive through that it's going to put them out of business if they start giving *everyone* a free empty cup. But then handed us a giant salad bowl which wasnt expected. I guess chick fil a isn't very family friendly or understanding.

Went through and recieved the wrong items, when I attempted to call and let them know the phones don't even connect me to a real person. It sends me to an automated message with number prompts but none of the options work. They make the automated message repeat itself. No way to correct my order with no working phone.

order through drive thru. ask for a large lime lemonade. also order cheese sauce for my waffle fries. got the order. pulled up and checked and no cheese sauce and the drinks were wrong.went inside. had to wait in line told the manager. showed her my receipt. I was not charged the cheesesuce and did not get it. and I suppose to vet a large lime lemonade. told lime lemonade comes in one size and she said I have to charge you for the cheese sauce. really????? Just waited in not one ur two long lines. Your drive thru order taker did not specify it came in one size AND instead of lime lemonade, I got sweet tea, with lime lemonade. Great customer service is not happening at this location.

I love how fast they try to get cars through the drive through. It's impressive honestly. I don't live near a restaurant so I try to stop here whenever I am in town. This time the food was cold though. Not cool.
