I went on 6/26 and got a bowl. The guacamole was mostly brown. The white rice tasted stale. There's fast service and theres being rushed, I barely had time to decide what I wanted in my food.

I was charged for queso. I didn’t order it and I didn’t receive it. They also gave the wrong rice. Customer service declined to refund the charge for the queso that was neither ordered nor received. Plus was a disappointing since the toppings were wrong.

Lately every time I visit Chipotle they are always out of something.... Chicken, salsa, ice, lettuce, iced tea, guacamole.... It's getting ridiculous.... Not sure who the manager is but if he was working for me he would be looking for another job... How can you be out of the very things you run your business on?... I got an idea, if you're out of something, send one of your employees (who typically is standing around doing nothing) across the street to Walmart and buy it.... Next time I'm going to Hotheads....
This location near Menards is horrible. They are always out of food way before their 11pm close time, and won’t cook more or say they are “out” so they don’t have to prepare more. One across town by wing stop is 1000x better, way nicer, and actually gives you normal portions.
