We ordered an oreo taco. They gave it to us in a zip lock bag. After trying to eat some of it we noticed a gnat in the ice cream. Gave it back and left.

Patron of cold stone for some time. My son got a smoothie that was basically an icee and with huge chunks of ice in it he could barely get it through the straw. Ordered a chocolate milk shake and when they handed it to me, the consistency was like 1% chocolate milk. I asked them to remake it and they brought back another chocolate milk. For $17, I expect a chocolate milk shake and a smoothie made better than these.

Asked for ice Capp mocha supreme, got little to no cool whip, no chocolate syrup, horrible service with smart remarks. Will not go to that location again. Need to train their employees better.

Was very dirty, the guy making the ice cream was rude and reprimanded us because 3 people in our family ended up wanting the same thing and he said you should have told me one time so I don’t open closed ice cream and would make together. One cup was dripping and sloppy out of the sides. No gloves were worn. Prices weren’t accurate and refused to give us a receipt.

Service was quick and good. Staff was helpful and friendly. This Cold Stone is attached to a Tim Horton's but neither were too busy when we were there. Ice cream was very good and on par with other Cold Stones. The menu prices do not reflect actual cost of items (items actually cost about $1 more). They have signs on the register that announce this and that they are working with corporate to change this but the signs have been there for about a month at this point. Floor was also a little bit sticky and the inside could have used a little bit of cleaning in my opinion.

Stopped here off the highway to grab a quick breakfast. We have a trailer so couldn't go through the drive thru. Walked in and there was no line and 1 person waiting for their order. First it took several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The lady apologized, and I recognized they had a large line in the drive thru being helped. Our order was simple. 4 coffees, a breakfast wrap (hashbrown on the side instead of in it) and a breakfast sandwich. It then proceeded to take over 15 min to make our food. We asked twice, and they said it was coming. Then it was they were waiting on the hashbrowns. Finally, we got our order, and the hashbrown was in the wrap. Waited almost 20 min and they couldn't even make the correct order. Any other Tim Hortons would have this done within 5 min. Completely unacceptable service.

Just need to make up your mind on what a large sundae is. 3 days ago I bought one and it filled a large cup. Today I bought one and got 3 scoops a little bit bigger than a golfball. If I would have pushed it down it would have been between a quarter and a third of a large cup. The cookie dough ice cream is amazing but I need to know how much I'm getting because I'm not willing to pay $6 for a third of a cup of it
