Something should be done about how the children at the Juvenile Rehabilitation Center are treated. Yes they have committed wrongs and that’s why they are there in order to learn their lesson, and to “get help for their dysfunctional thinking.” Sadly, most of the children at Wood County JRC have come from dysfunctional homes, and many have disabilities or have experienced prior trauma.
