I have been here several times and the food is delicious. A favorite of mine is the Heath Concrete Mixer. 😋 The restaurant is clean, and the employees are friendly. The prices are reasonable all things considered. I would definitely recommend this Culver's to anyone visiting Findlay!

We got take out from culvers tonight 12/11/2024. We had 2 meals missing. We never got our shrimp that we ordered w and was charged for. We live in fostoria so it's not easy to run back to findlay to get rest of our food. This is not the first time that we have not got all of our order. Other than decent food the service is horrible. I'm not sure if the people that work there can't read or just plain lazy and don't care about the service. They need to step it up and do their jobs.
Always great food and fantastic service. One of our favorite places for a burger in Findlay. Hands down best root beer anywhere. Unfortunately they did switch to coke products.
The Culver’s in Findlay has a fantastic staff! Everyone there is beyond polite and goes the extra mile to make you feel valued. Ben was my cashier and not only was he extremely nice he also made some tasty suggestions which I was very appreciative of. If I could give this place 10 stars I would, much more than a restaurant with the staff they have, they make you feel like family. Oh and the food is top notch as well!

If I go through the drive thru, they make you pull forward and have someone run your food out. But if I place a mobile order they make you come inside to pick it up? Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. Then when I go inside they have 20 kids standing around looking for something to do. Maybe they could run the mobile orders out to the cars? What is the point of the mobile order? It’s less convenient than just going through the drive thru. I was asked 3 times from 3 separate people why I was standing next to the carry out area. Pretty dumb if you ask me. Then my wife’s “concrete mixer” was put in a container with a clear lid and when she went to open it you could see that it just started to fall out of the container. If it was solid when it went in it was liquid by the time we got it. Making a huge mess.
