Me and my wife went to the findlay dairy queen for dinner a few days ago and i had the worst experience of my life in the bathroom. Their food makes my guts go for some reason so i went to use their bathroom which was very clean. but as i was absolutely destroying their porcelain throne the lights turned off. i really didn’t like the idea of making fudge with the lights off let alone wiping in the dark. So i started to crab walk out of the stall so the motion sensor would catch me but as i opened the stall door the main one swung open. me, a man, and his son all made direct eye contact while i was bent over with my pants down crab walking out of the stall. i haven’t recovered yet and I'm sure they haven’t either. The food was great and the employees are usually really nice expect for this one guy he is short stubby and has curley hair if you have him there’s a 70% chance you order is wrong. Other than that the place is amazing

Went through the drive through and ordered a chicken strip basket. It took 20 minutes to get. In the window I could see 5 people all working, but none of them were working, just talking. When I got my food, I had a chicken strip basket and an extra burger which I thought was nice since I waited so long. When I got home, I opened the basket to find the wrong tenders, barely any fries, no ranch which I asked for. I then opened the burger which was drowning in ketchup. Now this is such a first world problem, but still, at least give the right tenders:(

I received a coupon for $3 off a 6 peice chicken strip with drink. Here is their site showing the 6 peice is $10.19 with the drink. So they charged me the exact price before the coupon they just acted like the drink wasn't part of the meal. Then I wait 10 minutes and the meal has a cold texas toast with no crispiness or butter or garlic or anything just a big peice of crap bread taking up space they could have given me more fries if they didn't feel like dicking with the toast.

Always slow, but my latest experience was absolutely terrible. Waited 5 minutes to order and then a other 35 to get 2 value meals and two kids meals. Food was not even fresh when it came out. We will not be back.

No issues, but you removed the shrimp basket from your registers and you still have product. Need to put item back on the register.

I love DQ. However this DQ kind of misses the mark. I’ve been in twice and the floors are a little sticky and both times they were out of something ice cream related. I try to be thoughtful of those behind the counter and always be kind, but it’s a little disconcerting to hear about your family’s gossip before, during, and after your order. But I digress, our blizzards were good and it hit the spot.

There is way to much goofing off going on in the grill area during a normal rush time

Was actually very Disappointed going there last night. When I pulled up to have my order taken, the girl on the speaker was very rude And the tone in her voice was out of this world. Every time I said something, her reply was anything else, anything else, anything else. I nicely completed my order and pulled up to the window. She opened the window to take my form of payment and someone in the background said, “ Maybe you shouldn’t come here a few minutes before we close” Unfortunately, I don’t care what time you close Customer Service is from the minute you open until the minute you’re closed and you don’t treat your customers like that. Was absolutely disgusted and will not be returning to this location!

If you pay to have a 2nd Cookie or candy added to a blizzard, they will NEVER EVER put it in there, every single time, they charge you for extra but do not put it in there!! Rip off!!! 👎👎👎😡😡😡

The weather at Dairy (Yas) Queen is Blizzard® conditions. How could you go to DQ and not get a Blizzard®? That would be one of the most un-American things you could do. That's something someone from England would do out of spite. I wonder if they have Dairy Presidents there. Anyway, the ice cream here is spot-hitting in the best of ways. The Blizzards® get flipped upside-down and are not supposed to fall out of the cup. That was probably first noticed by a clumsy employee. It stuck and now it's DQ's thing, though it's encouraged to eat the Blizzards® right side up.
