Went through the drive thru to get a blizzard, the employee at the drive thru window was very nice.

Was actually very Disappointed going there last night. When I pulled up to have my order taken, the girl on the speaker was very rude And the tone in her voice was out of this world. Every time I said something, her reply was anything else, anything else, anything else. I nicely completed my order and pulled up to the window. She opened the window to take my form of payment and someone in the background said, “ Maybe you shouldn’t come here a few minutes before we close” Unfortunately, I don’t care what time you close Customer Service is from the minute you open until the minute you’re closed and you don’t treat your customers like that. Was absolutely disgusted and will not be returning to this location!

If you pay to have a 2nd Cookie or candy added to a blizzard, they will NEVER EVER put it in there, every single time, they charge you for extra but do not put it in there!! Rip off!!! 👎👎👎😡😡😡

The weather at Dairy (Yas) Queen is Blizzard® conditions. How could you go to DQ and not get a Blizzard®? That would be one of the most un-American things you could do. That's something someone from England would do out of spite. I wonder if they have Dairy Presidents there. Anyway, the ice cream here is spot-hitting in the best of ways. The Blizzards® get flipped upside-down and are not supposed to fall out of the cup. That was probably first noticed by a clumsy employee. It stuck and now it's DQ's thing, though it's encouraged to eat the Blizzards® right side up.

Ordered a mixing bowl Mashup...no brownie batter only cookie dough was not close. Complained but didnt matter. They did not care.

Sat in drive thru long enough to turn off my car waiting for a bacon cheeseburger and they didn't put bacon on it. Totally worth the wait.

Sat for 20 minutes inside waiting for my food. Then asked, and the forgot about it? Wow. I rarely bad mouth anyone, but really. And before you say anything, no it wasn't busy.

I will say food was good and girl at the register was very apologetic.

It seems the later it gets, the quicker they try to get things out. Got a three PC with large curds and the entirety of the chicken was raw. This isn't the first time it's happened either.

The employee told us to move seats but there wasn’t a sign

Ordered ice cream in the drive thru at 4pm on a Monday afternoon. Service was prompt and super nice. I ordered 2 small one-topping sundaes and was pleased to learn they were part of a 2/$5 mix and match deal. The ice cream tasted great. I'm very glad I stopped there!

I was ordered number 81 I simply ordered the three-piece chicken meal strip deal I waited nearly 20 minutes as I watched six different people come in after me an order bigger and harder things to make than my three-piece chicken strip meal and I watched that they serve them and I sat there with order 81 as order 82 all the way to order 95 got served while me order 81 still did not get my food period when I finally said something my food had been sitting on the counter for the last 15-20 minutes so I spent $8 for cold chicken strips and cold fries I was so upset that I didn't even bother to have them remake it because I could not wait any longer because I was working at the time I had to get back to work the manager there was rude there was complete dysfunction the person in the kitchen was completely confused and what he was making and the people serving the food had no idea which order was which this is by far the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to and now I know why I do not go to Dairy Queens I will never be going to another Dairy Queen again

Stopped eating here. Miss items in the order, Charge for fountain drinks when you get a cup of water, takes longer and longer would not recommend
