Ordered pizzas for a work party. It was a busy day for them (65th anniversary), but they were able to have the pizzas ready by the time I needed them in the morning. When I said I was going to make two trips to the car, the crew member offered to help me. He walked with me out to the car on a cold snowy morning.

Every time I order loaded Buffalo chicken it doesn't come with any sauce drizzle on it. It used to when first offered. And was great but Every order now doesn't come with any sauce on it. Are we required to but dipping sauce for it? If so should change the name to chicken and cheese. Not hot Buffalo chicken. If I have to buy the hot Buffalo dipping sauce to have something other than just chicken and cheese let me know please. How hard is it to put sauce on it after it comes out of oven? I've even left notes when ordering still no sauce but did get the fork I requested...smh. and 6 months later still no change on the Buffalo chicken still just chicken and cheese this got to be the worst experience ever owner still hasn't corrected it definitely not 5 star and being it's been 6 month no change no star. Only positive is the insurance thing offered a free pizza which I always order with it. But sick of not get one item corrected after 6 months smh again

More often than not we usually take the thin crust. It tastes good. This one was okay. It wasn't bad but it wasn't as good as other Domino's. But that other pizza, I forget what it's called, was really good! It was in the box that's in the picture. It's the other Pizza I took a picture of. It was really good!
They usually get everything done pretty quick. The service is pretty good.
It's usually someone empty as most people take out.

Just picked up a pizza from this location on main in findlay. Ordered a deluxe pan, but was way under cooked. Extremely soft crust and toppings looked like they were put on the pizza after cooking.
Very dissatisfied with this order! How do you way undercook a pizza on a timer?

If you like eating dried up shoe leather then this is the pizza for you. It was hard to chew and had very little flavor. The only good thing was it was ready pretty quickly. Never going back.

I friggin love this Domino's!! Food is ALWAYS on point!!
In the area for a sporting event & needed some very late dinner. Tried to order online but was being sent to the Canadian site, so couldn't. Called as the door was locked when we tried to walk inside & directed to go to the pick up window they have, but when we walked up they invited us inside instead. The few team members who talked with us made us feel very welcome and not at all like an imposition. Not to mention, we were barely waiting 8 minutes!! Thanks again to the team for being so kind, especially at 12:30am 😅

it took over an hour for my food to arrive. once it finally did, it was cold and the driver did not inform me in any way that they had dropped it off. when I opened the boxes, the sandwich was all over the place and the tots were a joke. whoever does "quality" checks should be fired. i give you a quarter of a star and THAT is generous.

I’ll preface this by saying: I’m a loyal customer of this store. I order here several times a month, usually the same order each time.
Having said that, my experiences here are not without some expectations, and, tonight, they were not met.
I ordered my usual; two spinach and fetas, on one add black olives, at 6:00. According to the tracking app, preparation of my order began at that time. The app also projected that my order would be complete in 17-24 minutes. I drove, from across town, to the store. I sat in my car until my order went into the oven, at 6:25. I got out of my car around 6:30, thinking my items should be nearly out of the oven.
I heard the kitchen staff call my name when they were pulled from the oven. I didn’t take possession of my food until 6:45. This is all understandable. Frustrating, but understandable: it’s Friday evening. I’ve worked Friday pizza shops before.
But when I got home, my olives were missing. That was the straw that ruined tonight’s experience. I understand being busy and having to make customers wait. But I absolutely cannot understand how it took 25 minutes for my pizzas to go into an oven and somehow nobody, in that time, noticed the order was wrong.
