Always good food and coffee, but every time I’ve door dashed anything, they always short my doughnuts! Every time and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Been sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes and haven’t ordered yet. Terrible management to not be able to have a faster flow during morning rush hour.

Absolutely terrible, rediculous experience. We ordered online and sat in the drive through for 30 minutes while the staff completely ignored the drive through window. Appears that a staff member went on break anf they completely ignored the drive through window while she was gone. Not one word was said to us about the wait and we were given no apologies. Absolutely rediculous and our food was freezing cold and burnt. Never had such a terrible experience at a dunkin.

Just horrible there hashbrowns taste like chemicals, and my sandwich was cold and had wrong meat on it didn't even eat at all tried to call no answer just a cellphone number and shut off so no ok no one can call to say anything

Sort of an automatic fail when you don’t have the basic glazed donut at 9:30am. Seriously?

They usually seem to be super annoyed and frustrated with anyone who comes and orders food items after 6pm, even though they’re open until 10pm. The food and coffee quality is great. Service is fairly quick IF you use mobile ordering. The workers are hit or miss, most of the time they seem to be socializing and treating customers like they are peasants, they could not be less interested in customers if they tried. Other than that i recommend though. Store seems to be pretty clean and tidy.

Stood in line. Just 3 people. When it was my turn to order. They didn't even acknowledge that I was there. After about 5 to 10 minutes. Left. Don't go there.

5/13/24 I ordered a dozen donuts they were all dry and stale like they sit there all weekend long as a business you have to do better

This morning I waited in the mobile pick up lane for for twenty minutes. The line moved twice. When you go inside everyone is running around like a chicken with their head cut off but nothing is getting done. I ended up having to abandon my order or I was going to be late to work, even tho I gave ample time to get a single coffee done. It’s like this every time I go to Findlay Dunkin

Went through the drive thru on 4/11 around 4:09 and placed my order and waited at the first window for around 5 minutes and then was asked to move to the second window, I waited an additional 5 minutes I would say and only received one of my drinks. I had order an ice latte and a hot latte.The kid gave me just one of my drinks and I had said I was missing my hot latte and he just stared at me for a couple of seconds and didn’t say anything. He then comes back out a few minutes later with my other drink that I have ordered.The “latte” tastes very watered down and I believe since they forgot my hot latte in my order the first time they decided to cut corners and give me a hot coffee instead. gIt tasted absolutely horrible and doesn’t even look right.The “latte” or should say my hot coffee that I bought went down the drain as it was absolutely awful and it was not what I ordered. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

I was surprised that the donuts went up to $1.59. It was $1.25 not to long ago. Differently not worth the money. The person that helped me never said anything and they wasn't busy.
