If you want excellent service and everything correct, go to the DD in Fostoria!! The one in Findlay, the one who runs window is a total AIR head. I have to double check the bag, because her listening skills arebt too bright when taking order. I work in Fostoria, and even on my days off, I would still drive to Fostoria for their DD. The people who work there care about what theyre doing and are more WITH it in the brain.

Ordered inside, got a coffee with food. Walked up to the register and the worker stood there in silence with a blank expression and stared at me, I had to be the one to say hello… My food was thrown on the counter once it was done and some fell out of the bag onto the counter. Those pissed off teenagers have zero customer service skills or social skills in general.
Had a mobile order. Employees inside dancing and goofing off and looking at me from inside the store just to tell me to pull forward because they hadn't finished making it. It's an ice coffee with cold foam. Be so fr it takes not even 2mins to make especially since I was the only person there. I've been waiting 15mins

Food hard and cold, waited for almost an hour in the drive thru. The workers have no sense of urgency it's ridiculous. The put you to the first window and forget about you, or don't even remember what you ordered. This place is horrible 😞

This Dunkin used to be better. Lately their wait times for mobile orders have been 10-20+ minutes if you order food.
If your not waiting in line forever and im talking over 20 mins for a coffee, your trying to get out of the parking lot that the drive thru cars block by parking in the center of the parking lot. Ive order a hot coffee and recieved it cold a few times, at this point while the coffees ok, most the people are rude and im not trying to set a half hr for coffee.. happens almost everytime i go

Sourdough BEC, and Coffee, eggs were not fresh eggs, had a chemical taste, Sourdough bread was hard on the sides, was fresh, and Coffee was good,

This was the worst DD that i have ever been at, slow service and very unorganized.
I get it they close at a certain time. But when you show up and the barista waits till you get out of your vehicle and starts walking towards the door to smile and lock the door, is pretty ignorant in my eyes

Every time we go here they mess our coffee up, it tastes horrible. I usually always get avocado toast with bacon but not once have they given me my order with bacon. The wait is always horrendous. Jake sure you have plenty of time if you plan to visit this location

I placed a mobile order with a drink and two doughnuts to pick up through the drive through as I went through the drive-through to pick up my mobile order I was handed a bag with only one donut in it and told to have a good day. I continued to tell the employee that I paid for two donuts that I only got one. She said that they were out of the other flavor to have a good day. I asked if there was another donut I could get in substitute as I already paid for the donut, she very rudely told me to pull forward if I wanted to choose another doughnut. I paid for an item that they were out of and instead of asking for a substitute they were just not going to ignore that I paid for another item… not to mention after we finally got the doughnuts they tasted stale and old. I’m very disappointed in this locations customer service and hospitality!

Stopped in during a roadtrip and regretted it. The pick up area inside was filthy and sticky. The worker handing over drinks completely ignored the wet counter - a quick wipe down would have been too much effort, I guess. We experienced the Gen-Z stare along with lack of greeting or friendly acknowledgement. Hashbrowns were undercooked, yet tasted burnt? The ice in our drinks had completely melted after about 10 minutes. How does it even get this bad? Lol.

Customer service was nonexistent and the drive thru attendant didn’t say a word to us. The cold foam cold brew didn’t have cold foam, and we were met with skepticism when we brought it up even though it was on the drink tag. Bacon egg and cheese sandwiches were made with a substituted cheese kind without notifying us. Quite disappointed in this experience.
