This morning I waited in the mobile pick up lane for for twenty minutes. The line moved twice. When you go inside everyone is running around like a chicken with their head cut off but nothing is getting done. I ended up having to abandon my order or I was going to be late to work, even tho I gave ample time to get a single coffee done. It’s like this every time I go to Findlay Dunkin

Went through the drive thru on 4/11 around 4:09 and placed my order and waited at the first window for around 5 minutes and then was asked to move to the second window, I waited an additional 5 minutes I would say and only received one of my drinks. I had order an ice latte and a hot latte.The kid gave me just one of my drinks and I had said I was missing my hot latte and he just stared at me for a couple of seconds and didn’t say anything. He then comes back out a few minutes later with my other drink that I have ordered.The “latte” tastes very watered down and I believe since they forgot my hot latte in my order the first time they decided to cut corners and give me a hot coffee instead. gIt tasted absolutely horrible and doesn’t even look right.The “latte” or should say my hot coffee that I bought went down the drain as it was absolutely awful and it was not what I ordered. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

I was surprised that the donuts went up to $1.59. It was $1.25 not to long ago. Differently not worth the money. The person that helped me never said anything and they wasn't busy.

People at this restaurant cannot follow simple instructions. This is the 3rd time in a row where I ask for sugar and cream inside the coffee and didn’t get it. The last time I actually had to drive back, which was a waste of time. It even tells you on the little orange label on the cup how much you requested. It’s like they don’t care what they give you. If you go here, check your order before you pull off.

It was only drive-thru open at the time around 730am, but I ordered about three and a half dozen donuts all specific and it seemed like everything was fulfilled just right. It was an order for my daughter's birthday that I had meant to make a future order from the night before, but I forgot to finish the purchase. I pulled up, and they did not have any orders of such. But when I press purchase, she said never mind we got it and they started filling it right away. It took less than 10 minutes for them to fulfill my order, whole still fulfilling orders behind me (since they had me pull up to the second window ). Good job, dunkin!

I ordered two boxes of carry out coffee on the phone two days ahead. I tried online ordering , but there was so selection for the carryout boxes online , so i had to call. told them on phone that i wanted the creamers, sugars, cups etc. i arrived at 8:10 to pick up a order for two boxes of carry out coffee for a mtg. No one would wait on me. There were lots of loud talking teens present , but no one asked me if i needed help. When i finally told someone about my order, the boxes were ready but nothing else, they slowly packaged up the cups etc and then said they were out of creamer and put in in two to go cups. It was awkward at my mtg top have shared creamer in a to go cup like that and hard to transport. I arrived at 8:10 for an order i placed two days prior and i finally left at 8:40. Poor , slow disrespectful service. i wont be back.
Great food and drink. I love it and their service is awesome. My only complaint is they never have exactly what I want. They are always missing 1 part of my meal. Like one day, I wanted a chocolate glazed donut and they only have regular. I recommend the hazelnut coffee.

I never have a problem with their coffee or donuts (when I actually get what I ordered), but their service is awful. I went there today and ordered 3 drinks and 3 donuts. I go to pull out of line and I have the donut I ordered, but not the 2 sprinkle ones for my kids. I pulled around the building and went inside. I stood there and watched while every single employee made eye contact with me more than once but just walked by. The lobby was empty besides the 1 gentleman minding his business at a table. After 10 minutes of bring ignored, I walked out and went back through the drive thru to get the 2 donuts I was missing. Both times through the drive thru the woman in the window acted like she had a problem with serving customers. I live in fostoria, but like to stop there because fostorias water makes the coffee taste different...so every once in a while I enjoy actually drinking what tastes like coffee. But after today. Never again

Loved the seasonal drinks!! They got my order fast and accurate! It's not that convenient of a location though and the tables were dirty but it still is worth your visit just ask them to clean a table and you are all set!
