We just ate at FBC tonight for the first time. We all tried something different. Burgers, flatbread, sandwich, soup. Everything was great. The bad thing was we had to wait for about an hour. We got there at 6 pm on a Friday, and they said there were 11 parties waiting in front of us. There were several empty tables most of the night that they weren't seating for some reason. Good service and good food - mostly "pub fare," appetizers, etc., but nicely done. I will say that the prices seem a little high. While delicious, $19 for a burger is pretty expensive. I have owned and operated a restaurant, so I completely understand that food costs are astronomical right now. I just personally find it difficult to justify spending that on a pub meal, so while we like this place, it probably won't be on our usual rotation. More likely somewhere...
