I was in town on business and found this place! Food was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly. We ate there twice in the 4 days we were there. I will eat there again if I ever go back up there.

Terrible service and below average food. If you like this place then I’m sorry you never experienced anything better for a more accurate comparison.

Ordered the prime rib 16 oz. The flavor was good but I have never had a tougher prime rib anywhere. I mentioned the problem to the waitress. Nothing was done. I took it home and roasted it.

There is a reason why Fins Seafood & Grille restaurant wins Best Seafood Restaurant in Hancock County (Ohio) year after year. Their food is amazing and the seafood is always fresh. I don't know how they do it, but they do. In my opinion, Fins tops many seafood restaurants in major cities. I highly recommend Fins Seafood & Grille in Findlay, Ohio.

Service is terrible. I called ahead to be sure we could be seated for my moms birthday at 6:30 and we arrived at that time. We are seated and given menus and ready to order. Then another group is seated next to us and given menus and water and order drinks even though we were waiting forever for this same service. No waters or drink menu for us. We finally get to order our drinks and food. It takes forever to arrive and the waitress brings our appetizer out at the same time as our entrees. This restaurant is clearly not doing well and overpriced. Poorly staffed and I can cook better at home.

The pre-meal bread they serve is a bit mid and the live music was too loud for my taste, but everything else was great. Food was amazing and server (Morgan R.) was very nice and helpful.Photos left to right: crab Rangoon dip, house salad and seafood bisque, filet mignon with lobster and blackened grouper, and the créme brulee.

We had a delicious dinner in a quiet, outside setting. Their bourbon listing made it difficult to choose a drink. I went with a pour of Joseph Magnus.

Our waitress was very nice and helpful, but the food did not make sense for the prices. Something about the place just does not make sense. It’s like they want a mix of casual with fine dining. I think they’re stuck somewhere in the middle and can’t figure it out. Prices are very high for mediocre food. When you’re paying $65 for a steak, it should taste better than the one you can pull out of the freezer at home and you should have a cook that knows how to prepare it without question. Unfortunately we had to send our steak back because the cook did not know the difference between bloody and medium. When I spend $165 on a meal for two, we should be satisfied and not hungry when we leave and please people keep in mind this was on food only no drinks besides a soda. Lastly, all I can say is this place has a lot of improving to do to demand such prices! Unfortunately, we will not return not do to service, but quality of food. I’m honestly disappointed. I was expecting some thing so much better. I have no problem paying for something that’s worth it and unfortunately this wasn’t it.

We were seated and there were only 3 other tables in use at 6:45 on a Saturday night. (A little odd on a homecoming weekend) Nevertheless, we waited and perused the menu, which was difficult to read because the lighting was poor and descriptions were in gray print. We watched as waitstaff stacked glasses and scurried around but we were invisible. At one point a young lady stopped and asked have you been waited on? We said no. Still, nothing. We finally left after being ignore by 5 staff members for 15 minutes. Couldn't tell ya what what the food, or even a glass of water taste like.
