The Owner(so he says, India lookin dude) is VERY RUDE, when a customer ask for extra sauce (well really he said said no mayo and wanted Captain hero sauce in replace of it) “why don’t you have a sign saying “we charge extra for extra or replacing sauce- $1.50”
He says: “well I make the signs and I haven’t made them yet”. Then proceeded to continue to ask me “do y want the sandwith or not”. 🙄🙄. Just RUDE😒😒

Location has went downhill once original owner sold it. Wanted to try the scorpion hot sauce and asked for a plastic cup to go and was told no. Like why my order was for pickup and they said dating hot sauce on sub...yeah cause that's what came on the sub....why have a hot sauce bar when you can't try it!!!

Placed on order for 16 subs and they refused my order. I ordered 6 hours ahead of my pick up time, the store stated they have staffing issues, and would not honor the coupon provided on the firehouse app. I would not recommend a business that doesn’t want business!
