My burger got soggy but I get all the fixings that would make it that way, lettuce tomato mushrooms and onions. My husband liked that it’s cooked fresh and my kids had no complaints. It’s pricey but when you’re feeding five what isn’t. We also got fries drinks and shakes. Ordered two fries a medium and a large we couldn’t finish them. We had a quarter of the bag filled and the cups, they were definitely not stingy with the fries. My son spilled his milkshake and they remade him one and cleaned it up without us asking or making a big deal of it. Don’t cry over a spilled milk shake.
Kid-friendliness: Understandable to the fact that kids are clumsy and accidentally make messes or drop their food.

Food was fine everything was good. But this music that is here is ran at volume 200 like we're trying to have lunch not be at a club. It's 1230 on a Tuesday after a holiday. Don't they have a standard setting the music should be at?

Just got home from five guys,whole table of management sitting at a table in the lobby while all 4 workers are acting like children and our buyers all had missing items,and we were the only people in line. Tried to call but when I asked fo management I got hung up on. Paid $60 for plain burgers lol also your bathrooms could use some tlc

My burger broken and pieced back together, daughters burger tough and chewy. Fries were so salty it gave me blisters on my tongue. Got charged for 4 soft drinks but only asked for 3 and a water cup. Over 70 dollars for 4 people.

Everything was absolutely amazing. They had people cleaning as well as people working the register and cooking. Even though there was a steady flow of customers everything was coming out quickly and delicious. My kids had a great time coloring with their little index cards and crayons and didn't even get to finish their picture before we had hot food in front of us. Of course they finished after they ate
