Everything was absolutely amazing. They had people cleaning as well as people working the register and cooking. Even though there was a steady flow of customers everything was coming out quickly and delicious. My kids had a great time coloring with their little index cards and crayons and didn't even get to finish their picture before we had hot food in front of us. Of course they finished after they ate

Our burgers were burnt to a crisp on one side. They literally crunches. It's not that hard to flip a burger.....get it together. I hate grilling during the winter, but will be as those burgers were not good.

Rude service, Lima is so nice. Findlay was so rude. There were many times we were confronted with rude customer service. Some workers were nice but others weren't. The manager was extremely rude and not trusting when we had a water cup.

The burgers here are absolutely fantastic! The beef inside is incredibly fresh and it’s so juicy when you bite into it! It gives such a satisfying taste.

Only makes sense five guys equals 5 stars. I have not eaten there in a while but I was not disappointed. My four-year-old son ate an entire adult sized burger.
