I recently visited Fort Findlay Coffee & Doughnut Shoppe and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The donuts were heavenly—so fluffy and delicious, they practically melted in my mouth. And let's not forget about the coffee—it was absolutely amazing, perfectly complementing the sweetness of the donuts. Overall, I highly recommend Fort Findlay for anyone looking for a delightful treat and a warm atmosphere.

Line all the way to door. Only 2 helping customers. Didn't get a dozen donuts but requested a small box. Who wants all the donuts dumped into a bag. Then charged a dollar for box. Would of left but spent almost 15 minutes in line. Nope not coming back !

Great donuts and the staff was friendly and engaging with my overly talkative youngster. Haven't tried before this due to how busy they normally look but we got right in and are thankful we did.
Well, let me start off by saying almost all of the negative comments have been removed giving them a 4.8 star rating. (Unethical)In my opinion each time that I have visited the store it has been a problem. The older lady (the owner)who runs the store is extremely rude. I also have witnessed the store not practicing good safety and sanitation techniques when handling the food!(Doing it behind closes doors not thinking that they are being watched!??♀️?♀️The owners also need to learn to have better customer service skills. This means everyone of every race, creed, and color should be greeted and treated with respect!
