I love Hot Head, it is bounds better than Chipotle, however, the last few times I've gone, the rice has been semi hard, not sure if over or under cooked... half crunchy rice is an instant turn off for me. I think ill be forgoing the rice options from now on.

Just went and spent $26 for a burrito, water, cookie, and tiny bag of chips. Unwrapped my burrito and it was everywhere a literal mess in the wrapper, tried to pick it up and it dumped. Threw it away in front of the staff and they said nothing as I walked out. Waste of time and money.

Staff were barely functioning, had open snacks out the food prep area, and the ingredients were stale (at best).
Go to the Chipotle half a mile away, the cost is the same but the food and staff are so much better.

Door says open till 9 everyday, so my kids and I went to walk in 2 min before 8 and they came and locked the door.... y is it on the door open till 9 daily if you close at 8?

Great food and customer service. I highly recommend using the app to save money and earn points for free food.
I am a dasher and No employee even greeted me when I stood at counter for over 5 minutes. I was talking to another dasher and an employee as me if this was the order I needed, I said who is for and he replied if I had been paying attention I would know, instead of repeating the name. He then began arguing with me infront of other customers and the another employee said he is a doordasher, we don't have e to talk to him, get out. Very rude, no customer service, and no respect for customers or doordash. Employees need to be dealt with.
The food is good. Just keep an eye on the sauce they add. It was a little too much sweet habanero sauce.
Outside that it was good. Everyone enjoyed their food. That's a rarity.
You can customize your burrito or bowl. Dad has a limited diet and he was able to make a bowl.
Service was good. The last taking the order was helpful and courteous.

Findlay Hotheads always has friendly staff. I like their bowls so much better than chipotle. The wide variety of toppings they offer are so much more interesting. The banana peppers, jalapeños and fresh cilantro make the bowl. I think the sweet habanero sauce is the perfect complement to the pulled pork. And then you add sour cream and cheese to bring it all together. I think we build something special on every visit!

Not a good experience. The dude behind the counter was not friendly at all. After what seems like a painful ordering process. He dosent hand me my drink cup making me grab it from the stack myself . And reach uncomfortably across the counter to retrieve my meal. After sitting down I took a few bites and realized he somehow missed the cheese i asked for. Lost my appetite for it threw the whole meal away. 14 dollars wasted. Now I'm at panera instead buying a 2nd meal
