Great food. Friendly service. Be thankful for the folks serving you. Restaurants are short staffed. If waiting an extra 20 minutes makes you upset stay home and make your own breakfast.

Myself and my group loved our food. I had the Chicken Fajita Omlette, my bride had the Poblano Omlette. Not one complaint from our group of 7. Good service, clean restaurant.

Took my 2 family members there for Sunday lunch. Dirty dishes everywhere, and a table was cleaned for us to sit at. Took at least 10 minutes for our server to greet us, she said she would be back and returned 5 minutes later. Took our order, and brought us water. We waited 20-25 minutes for food. All our food was cold, salad, ketchup, syrup, and garlic bread were forgotten as well as silverware! When we went to pay. Credit card machine was down, and we had to wait for her to go to another machine . Not the experience I wanted to share with my guests.

First visit for this IHOP and 2nd visit to any IHOP my visit was Saturday morning . Waited for a bit to be seated not to long , entire place was cold , service terrible got first coffee fast and took orders fast. Then didn’t return for 45 minutes all food cold . This happens to be the first time i have ever refused to pay for my meal i did leave $5 for coffee and likely hood of ever returning is beyond low . On a positive one particular waiter was running circles around the other non professional staff . Definitely do his best to try and make customers happy and without any help from other staff. Not much he can do solo , i do hope he is recognized for his top notch customer service sadly he had no help this day .

This morning that place was a joke we waited 40 minutes before they even took our order they weren’t even busy. They need to get rid of the dope fiend waitress and they might be better off. it was 20 minutes before she would even come back around to check on us or anything never refilled our drinks. She never charged us for our drinks and never charged us for one of our plates so I’m sure she will be doing that all day and the company will be losing money. They need more workers that at least have half of a brain in there. I felt bad for the big families that were just walking in: I wouldn’t give that place a dime.the only reason we got our drinks and stuff is because we new a kid that was working and he was picking up there slack

Hands down the worst place I have ever eaten! Never got a refill the whole hour and thirty mins we sat there till we asked for the check then the server asked if I wanted one ?. They brought parts of our meal out ten and fifteen minutes apart. I ordered a burger well done and it came out very pink. Some of the servers and cook didnt weat mask or wore them below their nose and we heard the cooks fighting and screaming in the kitchen. The food was 100% nasty other than the french fries that where room temperature. I'd seriously rather eat gas station food!

Service very slow! Took 10 min to get seated(nobody else waiting...) took another 20 minutes for food once I got to order. When it came out it was COLD!!! There were only 5 tables being used at the time with 3 servers....not sure what the problem was!

Cooks need fired. I dont need to hear the cooks cussing at the waitresses while waiting on my food. Especially with a little girl present. And people walked out be for someone was able to seat them. Needs a major staff meeting and and evaluation

This restaurant has never been the best at their service, however, they are the only place in the Findlay area with gluten free pancakes so I have continued to go back. I ordered breakfast for me and my roommate and was answered by a very flustered and confused sounding person. I had to repeat four times that I wanted gluten free pancakes and she ended up telling me on the phone that she couldn't find them so she was going to run them through as the red velvet pancakes... I'm not sure why that was necessary and it wasn't explained to me. She then went on to say that it wouldn't effect the order though and I would get the gluten free pancakes. She also used the word "freakin" out of frustration which isn't horrible but also isn't professional. I went to pick up the order and when I arrived I stood at the checkout area for a solid ten minutes while no one came to check me out. When I looked around, none of the tables were being serviced. I saw a bunch of workers in the back kitchen area. A few of them appeared to be in a fight and one girl loudly stomped her foot and yelled at someone that they had messed up her order. It was very unprofessional and childish. Another waitress came out from the kitchen and went up to a table with a man and his son. I overheard him say that they had received cold food and the wait was way too long. His wife had gotten in line to pay because she had an appointment to get to. The girl apologized and then came to the checkout area-I assume this was to check the woman with the appointment out quickly. I was first in line and she asked what I was there for. I told her I had a pickup order. She found the order and then asked if she could check out the person behind me first. I said I guess that was fine (the person behind me was not the lady who needed to leave for the appointment). After the woman got checked out, the waitress motioned to the woman behind her to get checked out next. This also was not the woman who had the appointment. The woman that was next said I could go next, but the cashier said I could wait and that I "didn't mind". I responded by saying I did mind. The waitress said she was sorry but didn't know who had gotten there first. I told her she did know because she saw me at the front of the line when she first walked up there. She let me go next and I asked again to confirm that the pancakes were gluten free. She confirmed that they were. I took the pancakes home and was upset to find that they were not gluten free, but were the grain and nut pancakes. My friend is allergic to gluten and had taken a couple of bites before this was realized. When I called to complain I was put on with a manager who apologized but that was it. There was no offer to remake the order. I said I wanted my money back and then the manager took my name and said he would find my information and get the money put back on my card. This was never done nor was I given a follow up call about the issue.

For IHOP I am not expecting superb service but absolutely expecting an enjoyable experience. The service was horrible. We were 1 of 3 tables in the entire restaurant. Waitress took about 10 minutes before taking our order saying "she was in the back having to complain to her manager about stress from her shift last night." Not info you need to share with a customer....Another table left and she did not clean it off, especially with a pandemic happening that is horrible. Her and other employees were having loud inappropriate conversations in the kitchen which is easily overheard in the dining room. She gave us an individual container of ketchup that was sticky with dried residue on it that looks like it is being reused. She never asked if we needed anything else and then just brought us the check, without asking if it was on one or separate bills. And then circled our table twice while we were filling out the bill.I am always willing to give a good tip for waiters/waitresses that work hard and do their job they were hired to do. Not going to get a good tip if you can't provide good service.

Ordered curbside pickup and the app was easy to use and easy to personalize. One problem was no place to leave a tip. The curbside was quick and easy too. The packaging of the meal was amazing...the pancakes have their own special spot and the eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes were nestled neatly and separately underneath. Easy to warm up and serve. Will do again. I just handed the delivery person a tip.

My mom and I came to the Findlay IHOP location at 8:30 am today (12/18/20) and we get excellent service every time. Taylor was our server and has been our server a few times before and she always does an outstanding job! Loved my milk and cookies pancakes and my mom liked her pumpkin spice pancakes. Thank you guys; this is our regular place to go to after work for breakfast:)

Place was dirty, Floors were gross with trash under a few booths and I seen a few dirty tables. My party of 4 were the only ones in there and the service was slow. Didnt get refills on drinks. When I asked for syrup the server acted like it killed him to go get it. The food was definitely not worth the $45 we spent. I highly recommend getting breakfast else where!!
