Jac & Do's Pizza East

Placed a delivery order for 5 items but only received 4. When I called to let them know, was put on hold so they could get a hold of the delivery driver. Guy came back on the phone and said he spoke to driver and would be bringing it back. It was never delivered.

Ordered pizza and sub at 528pm, to be delivered by 640pm. Called and spoke to Larry, maybe a manager, and he stated because I only gave them a “one star” previously, he would not be serving me any longer and “not playing those games”. Still waiting on a refund for an order never received. If you want “true” Jac and Dos quality, visit Tiffin Ave or delivery from Arlington, OH.

Ordered a sub with three times the extra onions and literally got ten onions on a whole sub. Usually don't complain but it took an hour and a half for both subs and neither one was up to par

Just a great place for family

Pizza was good! Locked my keys in my car accidentally and the employees quickly helped me figure out a solution. Great employees!

Walked in and ordered a pizza to go and paid for it. Was told 20 minutes. Went and sat in my truck for 25 minutes, went back in and was asked if I had an order in.waited a bit then I asked how much longer...was told 15 minutes. A person placed an order right in front of me and he's got his and gone and mines not even in the oven yet. I was told the mixer for the dough wasn't working right. I asked for a refund and made the statement that I should get my pizza free for waiting so long and all my troubles. Was told no that it would be thrown in trash. Really??? The east location is steadily going down hill. They lost my business for life.

I ordered a garden salad, a 12” pizza with three toppings and a couple cans of starry. I was immediately messaged via text to confirm that I had placed an order. A little later the delivery team called to let me know they were out of Steury and wondered if I would like to substitute. I made a simple substitution and hung up the phone. I was then called a second time because there was no room number on my order as I was staying at a local hotel, I passed along the room number and later there is a knock at my door, and the pizza was delivered to my room, great pizza great salad, and the drink substitution was accurate. I will order again in the future when I am in town and it was worth every penny.

Pizza was tasty and just what we're looking for. Small size for small appetites and larger ones to share. Asked a local if they were going to get pizza where would be their choice. They said Jac and Do's due to their awesome thin crust. She didn't steer us wrong. Very happy.

Normally the place is spot on. Tonight had the worst looking chef salad with barely any meatOr cheese on it. I almost didn’t get the salad and a sub because they wrote the wrong address on the bag.
