Found out why they we dead, after I got charged for the beer I ordered before my food came that I never got. We were never offered a refill on my daughter's soda that was almost empty when our food arrived. I understand why there was only 4 other tables were there at 700 . Time before this left money for our meal at the table after 15 minutes of receiving the bill. Only to be chased out the door and accused of not paying.

Horrible place to ask for a cocktail or mix drink! They have zero clue what they're doing. I asked for a Bloody Mary and bartender legit told me, "it'll take me a long time to make it." I jokingly replied, "I'm not in a hurry." 25 minutes went by and all she did was pour two beers for another customer and a tea. Needless to say, I tip according to how I get served. Y'all need new bar staff. Teach them how to Google a Bloody Mary drink! After years of not going I think I'm reminded why it's been years since I've revisited. Might be years before I ever visit this establishment again.

Got jeds for dinner and I have to say this was the worst we've ever had I got garbage balls jalapeños were mushy and mushrooms tasted as if they were out of a can, onions were almost raw, mother got freak balls and she said there was barely any coleslaw and the worst she's ever had wife got her balls and her jalapeños were also mushy. Got a double order of jeds fries those were good and my father liked his order of Philly cheese balls other then his mushrooms tasted like they were out of a can as well not satisfied with this meal at all. Would like for a manager or gm to reach out.
Waited over an hour for our food. Asked for silverware and napkins, never got em. We asked the table next to us for napkins. Asked for ranch and water. Never got it but they charged for the ranch. Waiter said it was because the kitchen was busy with to go orders yet the manager said it was a printer issue with our ticket order. Manager was no help. Will not be back.

Not a good experience. Poor run. I would rate my food but in the 90 minute wait to eat...I didn't get any. I'd find a different place near by. You'll be much happier. We were excited to see Jed's coming to Angola IN but now I have real doubts about going to try it. I went to Penn Station across the road and grabbed a sandwich in less time than it took for the waiter to check the kitchen for the missing order.

Terrible experience. We won’t be returning. After waiting a half an hour for our appetizer our waiter comes back and asks If we ordered one. Waited another 15 min to get it. 45 min later brings out 2 meals and soggy fries (we ordered 3 meals) and 1 of them was wrong. 1 of those meals was literally plain chicken balls. He returns it and doesn’t come back. Hour and half wait and we left after not getting our food. Wait and mix up was blamed on new kitchen staff. If you’re having that much trouble making fried chicken balls maybe you need to train your staff better. This is our 3rd time giving this place a chance and the wait time for our food has always been HORRIBLE. Would NOT recommend. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Wow... what a terrible disaster. No cook, my 1st time there, i was so looking forward to the food. This place will be closed soon. I feel sorry for the workers. Seemed like it could be a good place!
