I talked to someone on a prior visit before leaving this and just got excuses about the glass and radio. It's weeks later and nothing has changed. Friendly people. Usually Mike food. LOUD. WHAT? IT'S LOUD? You (always) have to yell back and forth with the sandwich maker to get your sub right. Glass is too high. The customer and the maker are too far apart and the place needs noise control. Thats a thing whether it rugs, hanging baffles. Oh, and we need the radio on loud enough to hear over the cimustomer and maker yelling at each other just to make sure its hard to talk. I dont want to yell to order food.

Was so excited to get one in town...been here 3 times now and each time it has taken over 30 min to make the order, most of the orders going out wrong and to the wrong people, and the staff just arguing and complaining about being understaffed when there's 5 or 6 there making subs.

I eat here all the time. They cut there staff to only two people today. There was no ice tea made after I paid for it. The staff was doing their best but making one person do the whole counter looked stressful for the employee.

Subs are great but I'm writing about their customer service.
My son and I were in a car accident right in front of Jersey Mikes. Two employees came out immediately. They were wonderful! They checked everyone, offered food, even brought out drinks for everyone. I was so impressed with their care and hospitality. Will never forget their kindness!

Once again, Findlay ruins a great chain. Pickup order took forever. Lady asked my name when I arrived and said it wasn't ready. After waiting awhile, I checked the pickup shelf and my order had been sitting there the whole time. The bread sucked and the portion sizes are lacking. We will just drive to Rossford when we want good Jersey Mikes. I don't see this location lasting unless they get better staff

Food was avg id rather have subway and the window being up were you talk to employees is terrible caused hearing issues let alone waiting 15 mins for them to take my order while they had 5 employees just looking at me
Me and my friend was going there for lunch. We wanted a hot sub. The employee was very rude he said all loud were not making hot subs today? Lol you just opened that's half the menu. We walked out and ordered nothing. One and done will never go back!!

I waited until my second visit to give a review. I know the whole world thinks we need a wall of plexi glass. However, if you are required to have it, without a gap so people can hear, please turn down the music. All 4 groups of customers today in lines complained about not being able to hear your employees and you not hearing us and as a result not getting things correct. When one already explains how they want their sandwich abs then you ask again because you can’t hear, that’s not good! Otherwise. Yummy!

The food was great I’ll say that BUT the atmosphere was not welcoming at all which was shocking with it being new. The young ladies at the counter barely smiled and looked at people as if they had an issue. I didn’t see much initiative within the employees when it came to customers waiting for orders, a lot of blank stares and confusion. My boyfriend waited 20 mins for his sandwich because it was lost somehow. Maybe just a bad day for the time we were in there but I’d give it a try again because the food was pretty good. Hopefully it is more welcoming.
