I talked to someone on a prior visit before leaving this and just got excuses about the glass and radio. It's weeks later and nothing has changed. Friendly people. Usually Mike food. LOUD. WHAT? IT'S LOUD? You (always) have to yell back and forth with the sandwich maker to get your sub right. Glass is too high. The customer and the maker are too far apart and the place needs noise control. I eat here all the time. They cut there staff to only two people today. There was no ice tea made after I paid for it. The staff was doing their best but making one person do the whole counter looked stressful for the employee.
Subs are great but I'm writing about their customer service.
My son and I were in a car accident right in front of Jersey Mikes. Two employees came out immediately. They were wonderful! They checked everyone, offered food, even brought out drinks for everyone. I was so impressed with their care and hospitality. Will never forget their kindness!
