Had a terrible experience here and forgot to leave a review but it popped up in my feed. I love my hometown of Findlay and when I visit I always try to eat and shop local. Jolly Dipper was never a place we went growing up, we were diehard Archie’s and Dietches people, but figured I’d try it. The car line was super long which whatever, good for them, but I got stuck in it for over 30 minutes and there’s no way to pull around to get out of the line. Idk why they don’t just have people park who order food, would probably solve a lot of the bottlenecks that happen. Plus the young lady that was working was rude and a little unhinged. Anyways, wish them the best of luck, I just personally won’t be back when I visit.

We like jolly Dipper a lot not only for their ice cream, but their food is always fresh! And the employees in there are always very friendly. They were really super busy so it took them a little bit to get to the window. But that is totally fine. It's summertime you expect ice creams cans to be busy! Kudos go out to jolly Dipper
I'm a taxi driver I stopped there headed back to Toledo Ohio five people working in there nobody came to the window to even answer it I stood there for 5 minutes I knocked on the window three times they looked and they never came to the window pathetic pathetic pathetic pathetic
