Food real greasy. Service? Almost non existent. The atmosphere filthy. All the tables were dirty and the floor was filthy. Trash cans overflowing. When you ask who's in charge.They reply no one. It's a wonder the health department doesn't close this place down. Employees just standing around talking. Owner needs to take charge or close down. I won't come back here ever. How many customers do you want to lose? Not much of a business if you don't care if you lose customers

Before I get into the negative, the cashier was very friendly and had great customer service skills.
The food and drink on the other hand, not so great, the breading of the fried chicken was stale and the Dr. Pepper was absolutely disgusting, the mashed potatoes were ok.
I haven’t had KFC in years and will never return.

Visiting Findlay and we went to Kentucky fried Chicken. It sounded so good! Used the drive thru and was so disappointed, the girl at the window wasn't nasty but she sure wasn't nice and that's not all...the coleslaw just didn't taste like the Colonel Sanders recipie and the potatoes and gravy were cold. Even after all of that, the chicken was so damn good!

The customer service at this place is very terrible, specially for the white people in there they are very racist, they don’t treat black people right, I have a very bad experience with those people over there, I will never come back there I prefer to die hungry instead for me to go over there.

This KFC is one of the best I've been to in this northern ohio region. They always provide great service and chicken pieces are pretty big compared to other stores. I chatted with the lady working there for about 15 minutes cuz she was so friendly.
