Visiting Findlay and we went to Kentucky fried Chicken. It sounded so good! Used the drive thru and was so disappointed, the girl at the window wasn't nasty but she sure wasn't nice and that's not all...the coleslaw just didn't taste like the Colonel Sanders recipie and the potatoes and gravy were cold. Even after all of that, the chicken was so damn good!

The customer service at this place is very terrible, specially for the white people in there they are very racist, they donāt treat black people right, I have a very bad experience with those people over there, I will never come back there I prefer to die hungry instead for me to go over there.

This KFC is one of the best I've been to in this northern ohio region. They always provide great service and chicken pieces are pretty big compared to other stores. I chatted with the lady working there for about 15 minutes cuz she was so friendly.

To all staff members, I was at your restaurant for the last 3 days and staying at the Red Roof. I want to say THANK YOU !! For being a great host to Findlay and me. When I came in there was a smile to greet me. Your coleslaw is the boom! and one young lady there knows who I am and to you THANK YOU! When I return to this area I will stop in again and again.
Horrible staff, I didnāt know that the sauce for the saucy nuggets only coke on them for a couple sizes. Called them and asked about it and the lady in the background said āit sounds like a you problemā then hung up on me. Worst experience. Someone needs to do something and fire them. Get better staff!!!!!

Spent close to $100.00 yesterday. Got home fed my children got my plate and itās old and DRY! Called the next day (today) and this manager wants to say (if you donāt bring me the chicken or call the store the same day we canāt do anything about it) so she called her GM and asked, I guess the GM said the same thing! Like make the chicken correctly and then we wouldnāt complain about it! Iāll go elsewhere from now on because they want us to bring it back today and we live two towns away! Just so disappointed in them!
