This is the biggest joke of a restaurant in Findlay, Ohio. I’ve got chicken (when they had it) from here a couple times and it’s just bad. One time, there was this kid at the drive-through. Asked for a four-piece fried chicken meal, and he straight up just said “I don’t want to get you that but we’ve had these tenders for a little while.” Most of the time, they don’t even have enough chicken to serve people, ending up in a 30+ minute wait. If you’re going to KFC in Findlay, go to Trenton Avenue.

Small issue with an order done threw the KFC app and Franklin the shift supervisor really stepped us to make sure we were taken care of. I will definitely keep coming back and thank you again.

Was horrible customer service. Told us our total which was cheaper then what we paid. Had coupons and somehow the price went higher than lower. Didn't even offer the option to just take the coupons back off.

I stopped there to pick up an online order on x-mas eve. I drove halfway home and noticed they completely forgot the biscuits so I drove back. They were very apologetic and nice, gave me 6 when I was only supposed to get 4, so they definitely made a good service impression with me. I appreciate that but I hate to be made to feel like I have to show integrity, like I didn't just stow the biscuits in my car and come back to scam them. It was an online order made 45 minutes ahead so it isn't like they had to rush or be caused to miscount. Try to be more careful. I'm seeing other reviewers also had issues with order accuracy. On the food quality side, and this is not a direct criticism of this branch because I think these are standardized across all KFCs, the mashed potatoes are rather weak. Bob Evans at the grocery store is a lot better. But I'll just make note and order double fries in the future. All in all, very friendly and good KFC here.

Service inside is terrible. If you order here, DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING. Do not expect your order to be correct. There will be a line of customers inside and the coworkers will just argue with each other saying there is a lot of people upfront and then no one will come forward to take orders. We waited 15 minutes and watched two separate employees change the trash before getting our order taken. Our order was also wrong, but we’ve waited too long to care at that point and took what we got.

Who does it taste like good and it's got service Uber eats everything and discard somehow. And I don't know they don't have biscuits or date. Happiest kids like everything is. I don't know what's happened in the dream is head of ice and don't have icebecause I don't know do you have something you know like a A lot happened and it takes a Two of three minutes

We were told to pull up and wait although we were the only car at the time in the drive thru. Waited 5 minutes and another car pulls up and gets their order and drives off. After another 10 minutes another car has already ordered, paid, got their food and left. Waited five more minutes before losing patience after waiting 20 minutes. Walked in to see what was going on and the girl in the drive thru was helping the front counter. After helping them she comes to me and asks what she can do for me… I said “ive been waiting for 20 minutes now what’s going on?” She walked away and started making my food because they forgot. Finally she brings me my food and I ask what happened and why did it take so long. Her response was she had a door dash person even though in that 20 minutes they took care of three other people. I then told her I didn’t want my food anymore and I just wanted my money back. After a total time from ordering to receiving my refund it took over 30 minutes.. who I belive is the manager didn’t show up until giving my refund back could only say sorry before walking away from me. I know what food service goes through and they shouldn’t be treated the way most are but I was respectful the entire process and was given disrespect back after being more than patient for over 30 minutes. No excuse for what happened and when you forget about a customer for as long as I was left outside waiting more than a manager saying sorry and walking away is needed.

Went August 3rd and they didn't give me some of my food I called and they said I had 30 days and they would give me a cake also. My son went there today August 26th and they told him someone already picked It up on August 9th it wasn't us and my son was told he had to pay for everything NO way not paying twice for food I didn't get!! They lost me as a Customer!! I even called ahead and the guy told me to give them 15 minutes to have it ready why didn't he tell me someone picked it up when I was on the phone?

Huge shout out to the young lady manager and the drive-thru gentleman who went above and beyond today to help me order exactly what I wanted and also got me the best deal possible with an online order of only $10 for an 8-piece bucket of chicken! They got me to try all the sauces and were very helpful with their recommendations. I definitely recommend trying out this location due to customer service alone! I'm sure the fried Chicken will be delicious and I can't wait to try their recommended sauces! Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality and keep up the good work!
