I explained to the store manager that the man making sushi had his mask barely hanging off his face while preparing food. He didn’t even respond to me. I will be shopping at Meijer in the future.

I was told that they would take 10 to 15 minutes to get my prescription, I sat in front of the counter for almost 60 minutes! I finally went back up to the counter and went through the process again and was told that they had it ready! In the past they have always called my name when it was ready!

Apparently you can’t use coupons with the b5s5 sales. Corporate says it should not be a problem, but the cashier/managers at this location refused for whatever reason. Cashier Carol was also extremely rude stating, “I don’t even want to help you anymore”. Then yelled across the store to her manager, “SHOULD I LET HER USE THESE COUPONS?” The lack of customer service skills is a huge concern.

I am so upset. Tonight around 530pm i recieved a call cancelling my order for 7pm pickup because they was done for today. I do not understand how that is great customer service!!! Said i could get tomorrow. Like all i ordered was drinks because i have the flu and need drinks!!! I dont need it tomorrow i need it today!!! I dont think ill do another order.... this is second time in a year they have done this!!!
