I explained to the store manager that the man making sushi had his mask barely hanging off his face while preparing food. He didn’t even respond to me. I will be shopping at Meijer in the future.

I was told that they would take 10 to 15 minutes to get my prescription, I sat in front of the counter for almost 60 minutes! I finally went back up to the counter and went through the process again and was told that they had it ready! In the past they have always called my name when it was ready!

Apparently you can’t use coupons with the b5s5 sales. Corporate says it should not be a problem, but the cashier/managers at this location refused for whatever reason. Cashier Carol was also extremely rude stating, “I don’t even want to help you anymore”. Then yelled across the store to her manager, “SHOULD I LET HER USE THESE COUPONS?” The lack of customer service skills is a huge concern.

I am so upset. Tonight around 530pm i recieved a call cancelling my order for 7pm pickup because they was done for today. I do not understand how that is great customer service!!! Said i could get tomorrow. Like all i ordered was drinks because i have the flu and need drinks!!! I dont need it tomorrow i need it today!!! I dont think ill do another order.... this is second time in a year they have done this!!!

My favorite grocery store in town to shop consistently because of the value and quality. We've lived here 20 years, and I've seen this store change hands and go through several Kroger renovations. And the latest renovation that increased the specialty and organic foods section was a real benefit. As someone with allergies, they have the largest selection of reasonably priced specialty foods. The deli is good and fresh with an attentive staff. The veggie section is well kept, as is the meat section and most of the aisles. The store is clean- including the women's rest room- consistently. I'm sorry that apparently someone experienced it on a very bad day once. The only area I have had issue with is the dairy section lately, as you need to look at the exp. dates on yogurts, etc. Fresh milk and eggs are all good, and the beer, wine and liquor sections are surprisingly varied. I appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, and with sales and Kroger card discounts, I am able to get more for less than almost any other place- even Wallyworld! Parking can be a bear during busy times because it is a well utilized store, but there is another lot on the east side if you're willing to walk around the front of the store- not a bad walk. All in all, it is the people, prices and quality that keep me coming back here.
