Definitely some of the best chicken tenders I ever had. I thought Canes was it, but after this spot I’m now picking this place. Great sauces and great sides. Phenomenal coleslaw. They don’t play games here. Excellent quality. Highly recommend!

The place was dead so they had no excuse. The staff was great but the food was horrid. Everything was old. Everything was stale. Everything tasted nasty. The biscuits were chewy and burnt. It was horrible. I bought an eight-piece meal and threw 3/4 of it away and when I talked to management about it I was not seeking money or food. I was just trying to let them know what was going on and they scoffed at me and had an attitude

I called in an order after not being able to complete online. I had a $2 off coupon that the site would not recognize.
I spoke with an employee who could not help so a manager got on the phone. She was a bit rude and condescending. She did not even say her name or provide any greeting. Proceeded to tell me there was no way to use on site and would not take over the phone. I was ordering food for someone in need so I wanted to pay ahead of time so they could just pick up the order. This all fell on deaf ears.. no concern, no empathy, and definitely no customer service. We are talking about $2-- not a big deal from a cost savings perspective but I did expect to be treated better.

many say lee recipe is better than KFC, which is why I chose them.We just dropped $65 to feed 3 young grandkids and us chicken was far from crispy (which is what I ordered ahead of time.) Besides NOT being crispy. The chicken taste was not all that. and very greasy. Way way way. way too many fries. definitely will not eat here again. might be intimidating him. Will stick with KFC

I have a coupon that I use just about every Sunday,on 6/2/24 I went through the drive thru, and the person who took my order started questioning me about the coupon,I told him that I've used 1 like this before, and never had any issues,I know in the past,by the sound of his voice,he has taken my order before, and he always hassles me about the coupon, this is getting old
