The food is actually good. It would be better though if you didn't have to ask them to put it in the oven for a little longer because if you don't you're most likely gonna get some of the dough raw. Even after asking for it to be cooked a little longer, it still is sometime raw. Other than that, the employees are extremely rude a lot of the time, especially the manager. For being a pizza place in the mall even on the weekends, they barely actually have any options all day and refuse to cook you anything fresh.No matter what time you come. I actually work in the mall and 2 years ago when they had a different owner. The place was really good, but ever since then they got a new owner it's gone down hill. Even when I'm supposed to get a mall employee discount unless I ask them about a million times 9 times out of 10 I'm never going to get that discount.

Online said they opened at 11 so at 11:03 I saw some guy turning lights on opening stuff up talking to his boss on phone saying how he was having a late start. So trying to be considerate of that I asked him how long be fore they were taking order he said in a very bad attitude ridden voice you can order now told him a bacon he said would be an hour. So I walked away came back at 1150 and a different employee trying to play catch up said if you want anything in front of you let me know but it's get what you see with a really bad attitude. Would not recommend this place they obviously don't have compitant or courteous employees who will talk bad about the customer infront of them and cost them a customer as I will never return here after be treated so badly

Pizza was so-so. The place was dirty, none of the tables were clean (another customer complained about this too) nothing has been wiped down for some time. The workers were not very customer service friendly and the food is pricey. Needless to say we won't be returning customers.

Person taking orders would not listen while I was ordering. Kept talking over me which resulted in me ordering more than what I wanted. Cook was making my food with no gloves, touched his face multiple times while preparing my food. Also, cook has a full beard and was not wearing a beard net. Overall, very unsanitary and rude.

Rude customer service. The lady had an attitude when asking simple questions and messed up the payment because she wasn’t wanting to listen to the questions.
my daughter got a garlic Knots and they was doughy and manager stuck it back in oven and still doughy ..and lady that serve us wasn't friendly and not nice . and salads are NOT fresh.

Ordered a number 1 which was a whole pizza, bread sticks & drinks. Paid & sat down to wait, while a rush came through. Didn't realize they completely disregarded our order (since I had a toddler keeping me busy). Went to ask if there was a problem but they continued to place others orders without any acknowledgment of a family of three thats been waiting in there for over 30min. Meanwhile the pizza maker is whiping his hands on his butt everytime he touches something (also no one waring gloves for prepping food). When we finally got the pizza we had to remind them of every other item that came with our order. Seemed like they were all on heroin (not even joking). Definitely wanted a refund and get out of there but my bf was determined to get it lol
