Appetizers were good (Crab Stuffed Mushrooms and Crab Spinach Dip w/ pita. Went downhill quickly when I ordered a Ribeye but received a filet (totally different). Was offered to exchange for what I ordered but was ready to eat by that point so refused. Filet, even though cooked too medium, was tough with no flavor and had sat under a heat lamp for awhile as bernaise sauce was crusty. My wife ordered a New York Strip (Medium) but received medium well to well done, dry and for a cut that should have heavy beef flavor, was bland at best. Server (Rasheem) was nice and attentive but overall for a Steak House that's meals are high dollar, , seriously disappointing. This was our second time eating there with steaks not good both times. As they're advertised as a Steak House, they need to do way much better. I've had much better steaks at Texas Roadhouse. Seriously disappointed, will not be going back and will relay to all that inquireas such.

We had a gift certificate, so we thought we would go here for lunch. It appears they only have on street parking unless you pay to have your car valet, parked. We walked in stood at the hostess station for about 5 to 7 minutes before we were even acknowledged. There are only several tables which had people sitting to eat lunch. Our server, Shanna, ahe was friendly enough and gave us good service. I ordered a ruban with fries. The fries were very good and the sandwich was just ok. Really nothing special. My wife and son both ordered the executive burgers. Both will homemade chips. My son ordered his burger medium. It came out closer to medium well. They both said the chips were just ok as was the burgers. We all had soup. Two French onions and one steak and potatoe. The steak and potato soup was very good. The French onion was slightly too salty. Prices here are on the higher side. $16 for a burger and $15 for a ruban. Cup of soup $5. Inside is nice and the staff is friendly. But the food is nothing special to come back for.

A wonderful Luncheon! Christine was amazing! She must be their favorite server because she was definitely ours. She was prompt professional and made us feel right at home!

My wife ordered a filet medium rare and upon arrival the server asked her to cut into the steak. An odd request. She cut and found it to be medium well. The server did offer to take it back however we needed to return to Detroit and unfortunately didn’t have the time. Couple of observations. One- Mancys is a steakhouse and supposedly a higher class of steakhouse. This was a bush league mistake. Two - the server and chef both knew of the mistake yet decided to plate the mistake and serve anyway. They didn’t do the right thing. Staff should have tossed the meat and fired up another, without putting the customer in a compromised position to accept the mistake.

We reserved a table for 8 PM since 7 PM wasn't available. Unfortunately, that time of night, we got placed in a room off of the bar area and it did not have the ambiance we were hoping for. We have been more specific in the past requesting a romantic table and had a much better experience. The food was 5 stars but was a bit pricey.

The ambiance is sophisticated and comfortable. The seating is spaced nicely so that conversation can be quiet and private. Our server was very accommodating and pleasant and the food was stellar! The NY strip was juicy, good quality and well seasoned. The steak and potato soup was outstanding! The swordfish entree was delicious and the fish was a thick, generous portion. Highly recommend!

Rasheem, our waiter was great and we will definitely be returning and requesting him again.

Fantastic food, for most of us. When something wasn't right with an order, nothing was suggested-not taking it back, bringing something else, wasn't taken off the bill. It was dark in the restaurant. Lots of drinks/wine to choose from, food was great though. Much larger portions that I was expecting as well.

First the good: our bartender did an amazing job taking care of us and the food was great! Cocktails mixed to perfection and we appreciated the wine selection. Now, the room for improvement: please stop *forcing* guests to cut into their steak when you bring it out. You can suggest, but telling me when I say I'd prefer not to that “this is the only chance you'll have to send it back if it's not cooked to your liking” is rude and unprofessional. This was NOT the bartender to be clear, a middle aged blonde lady not wearing service dress, possibly a manager. I prefer not to cut into the middle of a large steak when it gets to the table because I'm a slow eater and it'll get cold. Please don't force or threaten me and stand behind your delicious product with service that matches it.

My husband and I walked in to have dinner after a meeting in town. (We came from Toledo)We made an assumption that there would at least be seating at the bar. The hostess went to look for a table and said sorry we won’t be seating anyone? She said we could wait for the bar but that it looked very busy and it would probably be a very long wait. It was 6:30pm. I would understand if it was 9pm and they did t want to serve us. I went online and found that I could make a reservation for 7pm. Unfortunately the experience sort of left me feeling like they didn’t want us to be served. I guess we’ll go spend our $150 for dinner at Mancy’s in Toledo.🤷🏻‍♀️

At the end of a long day of travel, we enjoyed one of the best meals in a long time. My Filet was perfect and my husband very much enjoyed his NY Strip! We rarely eat red meat these days but knew That Mancey's steakhouse would make this deviation well worth it, and they did!

We had a nice meal at Mancy's in the Hancock Hotel. Being from Toledo, we are familiar with the wonders of the Mancy family establishments. This did not disappoint. our server, Scott, took great care of us. He was knowledgeable and attentive. Next time we come to town, we'll be back!

Wife and I are celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary. Wanted something different and came to Mancys here in Findlay. Everything was top notch. New York Strip and Filet Mignon, stuffed mushrooms were very good. Our Server Audrey was very nice and attentive. A little pricey but was well worth it !
