70 dollar ribeye that was tough to cut and eat. Filet of a friend that was cooked well.done instead of medium rare.. sea bass for 45 dollars that was very small...Waitress that was in training and really should not be a waitress...My advice, pick a better restaurant with those kind of prices and the food worth the price tag.Very disappointed.....

We had a terrible experience at Mancys. We were very excited to go there for restaurant week. It took us 38 minutes just to be served our drinks. The restaurant wasn't even busy. The server never even bothered to ask us if we wanted an appetizer. I asked to speak to a manger and the server followed me and said “is there a problem?” Needless to say we left. I will not go back. It was very disappointing.

Excellent food (we had the Brussels sprouts, truffle parmesan fries, Tournedos Oscar beef medallions and Blackened shrimp and red wine bucatini). Outstanding service (Luke). Everything was top notch.

Food was good but not phenomenal considering the price. My steak and vegetables were lukewarm at best. Potato was hot. Average wine at $15 a glass. I like the hotel and the atmosphere so I'll likely go back as there aren't abundant options for fine dining in the area. Just don't have your expectations too high.

We arrived 7 minutes early to our reservation time. The front of house simply said, come back closer to 7:30. We arrived back at 7:30 after sitting in the gorgeous Hancock Hotel Lobby. The front of house took us to our table which was a small table at the end of a large booth seat. The table was too long so I felt far away from my wife. The table was also very close to the one next to us. I felt closer to the table next to us than to my wife across from me. We ordered the bacon appetizer. It was thick cut pork belly style with a nice smoke, but not much else going on - C at most. We were brought bread and butter. The bread was extremely chewy and hard to eat. C-. We ordered Caesar salads with our steaks. The Caesars were not cold and the dressing tasted really odd. Each salad had 3 croutons. C-. I ordered a delmonico ribeye medium rare with a loaded baked potato and the wife a 10 oz filet medium rare with a loaded baked potato. My steak arrived very medium to medium well. They took the steak back and brought me back my baked potato so I had something to eat. My wife's filet was cooked beautifully and was buttery soft. She ordered the garlic crust but it was a garlic mush on top of her steak. She scraped it off and ate the filet. Baked potatoes lacked salt and cheese and were overall a B. My new steak arrived and it was extremely rare, lacking seasoning and also had no cajun crust that I ordered. The waitress ended up comping my steak. I still ended up spending $130 with tip and don't recommend Mancys to anyone looking for good food for a good price.January 2024 follow-up:Mancys never reached out to follow up or check in after the bad experience, even after I messaged them about the experience. Mancys Findlay will not be on our return list.

We enjoy eating a Mancy's from time to time. We were celebrating our anniversary on New Years Eve. Waitress was excellent! Girls working bar were excellent as well. Food-wise...wife's steak wasn't done but that's on her for not telling waitress; my steak (whole meal really) was awesome. Banana cake wasn't warmed up but looked to be pretty over-cooked. Ended up back at bar to finish our night.

We have always loved this restaurant and had amazing food. We made a reservation to take my parents to lunch on Christmas Eve. We were never told that lunch would not be available and only a brunch buffet would. It took forever for someone to take our drink order and they told us we could help ourselves to the buffet. We went to the buffet and it I may had bacon and breakfast potatoes - nothing else. I asked someone walking by if there were eggs and they said we had to order them so we went back to the table and waited again to order eggs. We had to ask for bread to make toast and had cold potatoes. It was absolutely horrible. We were so disappointed.

HAD A RESERVATION FOR 8 WITH OUT OF STATE FAMILY, THE BUFFET WAS ALMOST EMPTY, WAITED ALMOST THIRTY MINUTES FOR DRINKS, WERE NEVER ASKED IF WE NEEDED A REFILL ON COFFEE OR WATER. DISHES WERE NOT CLEARED, JUST LEFT TO SIT. IT SEEMED TO BE UNDERSTAFFED BUT NONETHELESS WE FELT LIKE WE WERE AN INCONVENIENCE. IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME HERE AND WE WILL NOT BE BACK. I HAVE HAD BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE AT WAFFLE HOUSE

Lovely experience at Mancy's inside the gorgeous Hancock Hotel. Enjoyed good Caesar salad, homemade tomato soup My husband liked his salmon dish. I had the filet with garlic crust& and horseradish topping, superb served with a side of rice& gravy. Appetizers were a disappointment. Shrimp cocktail still slightly frozen and truffle fries were cold and limp, unappealing. Very nice service provided by Rachel. Would highly recommend you give this Findlay upscale restaurant a try:)

Ribeye was great. Bar service was even better. Ashley, I think, was her name. Did a great job. Are dinner two nights. Great food and service both nights at the bar.
