I ordered delivery through the McDonald's app. When I received my order it was missing items. I called McDonald's and they told me I needed to contact Doordash because they are the ones who delivered. I do not have Doordash and besides that the Doordash driver did her job. It was brought to me still sealed. McDonald's should be responsible for the missing items, not Doordash. This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed! Why have delivery through the app if your not holding yourself accountable for your mistakes?!

It's fast food so it is what it is. This is one of the slowest McDonald's I have even been to, both drive through and dine in. Still tasty though!
Drive thru is the slowest in town and will most likely mess up your food and drinks, don't order coffee in the morning, or try to use door dash because this place will mess it all up and waste your time. I hate this McDonald's and it reminded me why I don't eat McDonald's anymore. Pathetic service and "quality"

Most of the order was right, but one of our sandwiches was all messed up. It was a steak, extra egg, and cheese McGrittle. They had the order of the sandwich all messed it. They had it in the wrapper like this, bottom of the mcgrittle, cheese, top of the mcrittle, egg, a hamburger, then the extra egg. They couldn't even bother to put the sandwich together properly. Not to mention that we sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for our food. None of the employees didn't even bother to greet us as we entered the building.

I ordered inside at the kiosk for take out. I waited approximately 6-8 mins for my food and was given a cup to fill it with whichever beverage I so desired. However, as I approach the counter where you fill your drinks..... I didn't even want to set my bag of food on the counter because it was so littered with sticky rings EVERYWHERE! It looked like it hadn't been wiped down the entire shift! This was at 4 p.m.!!!!

Can't rate the food because there was no one at the cash register. You could only order at the kiosk. And even though you knew it was a rush hour still no customer service.
Moved to findlay a few months ago, everytime i’ve came to this mcdonald’s the service has been slow and the food has been below average, today especially was absolutely awful, took 30 minutes to even get to the window and once I did they only gave me half my food and made me pull up to the second window. 15 minutes later i’m still waiting for my food so i had to walk inside and grab it myself or who knows when i would get my food. Once i actually got to eat my food it was old and cold and was very low quality. Don’t waste your time and money just go to wendy’s or anywhere else.
