Do not try to make a special order here. Apparently, they do not test their employees ability to read basic English. If you ask for Extra onions, you get none, No pickles, you get extra, Hot Mustard you guessed it, you get Honey Mustard. All you have to do is put down your phones, pay attention & read. For $15-$17 per hour you should be able to read basic English. I've seen the slips and can confirm they are NOT written in cursive.

They lost the order I was picking up and when I asked about the order, they told me they were working on it. 10 minutes later when I asked AGAIN about the order they said... first, that they sent it out already, then told me they didn't have the order and then blamed it on me. I'm not sure who the hell is running this store but, I've never had a good experience at this Trenton location. What a shame.

I don't understand how this particular store can always send the wrong order out to me time and time again especially with the hike in food prices and the decline in the quality. This is really horrible that people don't care enough to check what's being sent out after calling out the items to me prior to giving me the food.

I had to ask for my order 5 times to be considered, "what do you need?" "What's your number?" Nobody is at the front desk. Then someone brought the order and told me it was for doordash... So I am still waiting until someone come back to the front desk to tell me this is my order. More than 20 minutes I was the only client in the mc Donald's to manage during this all time. I had friends who had to wait over an hour to get their food at this location, and of course when you order with the app asking for a refund it would take as long as getting your food... If they have time to deal with complaints...The inside is disgusting, I got some pop, it would not stop pouring (probably because it has not been clean for so long), the area where you get the napkins was full of pop spilled and sticky...Each time I have a bad experience I boycott the brand for 6 months, for the last 5 years I have refuse to do business with Mc Donalds for 18 months, and following this experience today we are reaching 2 years out of 5... It's ok we are not short on places to go...
