It’s sad how incompetent the workers of every single McDonalds are anymore dude… we got pulled to the side after they gave us only one of our drinks then came out with our food after 10 minutes of us sitting there then we told the guy hey we are missing a drink… dude we were waiting outside for almost 15 minutes before my fiancee had to walk in to grab the damn drink. The guy that was supposed to bring it out WENT ON BREAK AND DIDNT TELL ANYONE WE HAD A DRINK WE WERE WAITING FOR!!!!!

Placed my order on the app for a McDouble extra onion and pickle.. got home and had a daily double , no onion , no pickle just mayo. The week before I placed my order on the app for the same thing ( McDouble extra onion and pickle..) and a plain cheeseburger ( for my dog) and got home and had 2 cheeseburger plain with Mac sauce! I’m not sure what kind of people they have working there but I will never go back there again! And then when I called to speak with a manager, some young girl answered sounded like she was about 12 years old and said she was the manager. But nothing was done to make it right.

I absolutely despise this place. I’m a pregnant single mother of two, and this make me cry. I have one boy, and one girl, and her friend was with us. My daughter has adhd and tourettes syndrome, my son has severe anxiety, and autism, and my daughters friend is a transgender female, who was recently in a bus crash and is paralyzed from the waist down. As soon as this worker comes over, she asks “Should you really be eating here? I think you should hit the salad bar. But, I’ll go ahead and get you your quadruple cheeseburger.” I was shook, and I told her I’m actually pregnant. She didn’t believe me, and said I faked my pregnancy, saying that if I lied more then she will kick us out. I ended up having to show her my medical records so I could eat. She started saying things to my son like “You sure need a strong dad to take care of you, where is he?” My son started having a panic attack, since his dad was abusive to us. My daughter said “back off! He’s my brother!” Then the Tourette syndrome kicked in, she bursted out, “aren’t you too old and bald to be judging?” She immediately apologized, but the worker just left. 30 minutes later another worker finally came and took our order, she said that worker #1 said everything was under control. We were all good until worker #1 decided to bring our food. She made it COMPLETELY wrong, and yelled at us for hitting her after. She “accidentally” dropped all of our food ONTOP OF US. We left, I’m seriously done.
Kid-friendliness: This was wrote by my daughters. This worker was TERRIBLE to my friend. She accidentally added someone, and said worker was CACKLING. I can’t believe this service.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is wrote by my daughter’s friend. I struggled getting into the building, & ended up having to get carried up (with the wheelchair). Then, this worker YELLED at my lgbt outfit & autism awareness badge, saying, “those aren’t human, be normal.” following, she criticized my dog shirt, stating, “they’re ugly.” She ignored me & my group. We waited 2 HOURS for food. It’s short staffed, immediately tended others, & stopped to talk to the cooks. Wish we went to Burger King.

Just ordered at tiffin ave. This is the spicy chicken and this is what I get, what a mess.
Just people running around confused. Another mcdonalds ran by kids. No customer service skills. May as well pull the people out and just let robots run it at this point.

I gave 2 stars because this is the only location I get charged for my drink when I order a meal. At Indiana and Michigan sites, your drink is included in the "meal" price, so why is it an additional cost at this location? This is not okay.
