I absolutely despise this place. I’m a pregnant single mother of two, and this make me cry. I have one boy, and one girl, and her friend was with us. My daughter has adhd and tourettes syndrome, my son has severe anxiety, and autism, and my daughters friend is a transgender female, who was recently in a bus crash and is paralyzed from the waist down. As soon as this worker comes over, she asks “Should you really be eating here? I think you should hit the salad bar. But, I’ll go ahead and get you your quadruple cheeseburger.” I was shook, and I told her I’m actually pregnant. She didn’t believe me, and said I faked my pregnancy, saying that if I lied more then she will kick us out. I ended up having to show her my medical records so I could eat. She started saying things to my son like “You sure need a strong dad to take care of you, where is he?” My son started having a panic attack, since his dad was abusive to us. My daughter said “back off! He’s my brother!” Then the Tourette syndrome kicked in, she bursted out, “aren’t you too old and bald to be judging?” She immediately apologized, but the worker just left. 30 minutes later another worker finally came and took our order, she said that worker #1 said everything was under control. We were all good until worker #1 decided to bring our food. She made it COMPLETELY wrong, and yelled at us for hitting her after. She “accidentally” dropped all of our food ONTOP OF US. We left, I’m seriously done.
Kid-friendliness: This was wrote by my daughters. This worker was TERRIBLE to my friend. She accidentally added someone, and said worker was CACKLING. I can’t believe this service.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is wrote by my daughter’s friend. I struggled getting into the building, & ended up having to get carried up (with the wheelchair). Then, this worker YELLED at my lgbt outfit & autism awareness badge, saying, “those aren’t human, be normal.” following, she criticized my dog shirt, stating, “they’re ugly.” She ignored me & my group. We waited 2 HOURS for food. It’s short staffed, immediately tended others, & stopped to talk to the cooks. Wish we went to Burger King.

I gave 2 stars because this is the only location I get charged for my drink when I order a meal. At Indiana and Michigan sites, your drink is included in the "meal" price, so why is it an additional cost at this location? This is not okay.

I went through the drive thru at about 6:30 pm today. The service was quick tonight compared to the multiple times I have been there before. The girl that took my payment was very cordial. Sam, I think his badge said manager, was doing great! I was so impressed! WAY TO GO GUYS! I haven't had service like this in a long time!
I frequent this McDonald's regularly for lunch. I'm not sure if it's the drive-thru speakers or the headsets that need to be updated but it's very hard to hear both ways because they're always asking to repeat. At lunch I realize they are busy they are very slow on service most lunch breaks are only a half an hour.

Ordered 2 meal deals tonight. While eating my MCchicken sandwich I felt a hair on my bite. I was very disgusted and pissed.. Threw my entire sandwich away.

9 bucks for two lousey breakfast sandwiches, just to get them back to the office to find them burnt to a black crisp, I hadn't been to a whackdonalds since covid, and today I remember why. Maybe you could lower your prices if you didnt use so much electricity burning stuff
