Spent almost an hour and a half being ignored! It was busy so I'm giving a break for that but definitely won't return. Appetizers, salad and dinner all came at once, dessert want offered even though it was part of the meal deal, our to go order was supposed to have a loaded baked potato and it came without the toppings. The server spent more time apologizing rather than serving. I observed many of the servers going to the restroom more than 3 times in a hour and many of the employees standing around talking and using foul language. I rarely get to go out with my wife due to crazy schedules and it was ruined by the experience here. One last thing, we reserved a seat online before driving an hour there and when I checked I. I was told it was reserved for the next day along with 4 or 5 other people. So we get pushed back to the end of the line

Had a wonderful experience for our Valentine’s Day dinner. My ribeye was cooked to perfection. Our server Monica was excellent. She constantly checked in with us and joked with the table. We’ll be coming back!

Our first and last visit. We arrived shortly after they opened. There were only five couples in the whole place and we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated (that's how long it took to clean a booth) which is what we prefer. The waitress arrived and after pleasantries were exchanged she regailed us with a dissertation on having spent time with her two teenaged children. She eventually took our orders and they eventually arrived. To shorten up a longer critique, our food was less than enjoyable. The veggies were overcooked and tasteless, as was the overpriced bloomin' onion ring. My steak tasted flat and had probably three ounces of an inedible substance left over. Had we ordered dessert out bill would have hit three (3) figures. Needless to say WE'LLNOT BE BACK.

We don't eat here very often, and it's been several years since we have been here. We tried it again for dinner. They still are short staff and only seat 2/3's of the place. After a 45-minute wait, we were finally seated. Our waiter was Shayne. He did ok but was a little off the wall. For example, asking to take my empty salad bowl. I ordered the 1/2 slab of ribs with a sweet potato and dinner salad. The salad was good, and the bowl was cold. Our meal took almost 45 minutes to arrive after I got my salad. The ribs were good. they could have had more sauce on them. My sweet potato was way overcooked, but it tasted ok. My wife had chicken and sirloin with a sweet potato and broccoli. She thought everything was good, too, and cooked like she ordered. The prices are ok but the long wait for a table and our food was not acceptable to us. It may be two more years before we come back.
