I called and I was VERY polite trying to understand my order and expressed that it wasn't quality and when I've come through the drive through it was different procedure... The lady was rude, short with me and THEN hung up on me as I was thanking her, thanking her not because of the great customer service but bc that's who I am. I ONLY chose to do delivery bc I have COVID. I will not be back bc I take respect and customer service seriously and I wouldn't have treated YOU that way! I hope your day gets better

I’m a sips club member and I usually swing by after my shift to get a drink. Maggie is usually the one who takes my order and her and the team are the absolute best! They’ve always been super kind and quick with my order and are always very polite. Best customer service crew!
