I practically live off this place because I work so much. Almost everyone knows my name or at least my face here. They are so wonderful and make me feel very loved and seen. Rude customer service over the phone. Will hang up right in your face.
I called and I was VERY polite trying to understand my order and expressed that it wasn't quality and when I've come through the drive through it was different procedure... The lady was rude, short with me and THEN hung up on me as I was thanking her, thanking her not because of the great customer service but bc that's who I am. I ONLY chose to do delivery bc I have COVID. I will not be back bc I take respect and customer service seriously and I wouldn't have treated YOU that way! I hope your day gets better
