Receive burned food and the person that answered the phone tried to argue with me and say that it wasn’t burned and said that they could offer me 50% off for inedible food. Told me I had to wait four hours to call him to speak to a manager that could actually help me. Absolutely pathetic

I don't think the chefs here know the difference between the 3 cheese and the Tuscan 6 cheese. I've ordered the Tuscan 6 cheese multiple times and it's supposed to have oregano and other spices on the top of the cheese and I always get the 3 cheese blend when I order. I know the difference because I used to work at a Papa John's in Columbus

Your call center is a freaking joke. They don’t listen and talk over u constantly. Ended up hanging up the call out of fear my card would be hacked. Everyone do yourselves a favor and order from Heavenly Pizza or East of Chicago. Do better Papa Johns!!
