I don't think the chefs here know the difference between the 3 cheese and the Tuscan 6 cheese. I've ordered the Tuscan 6 cheese multiple times and it's supposed to have oregano and other spices on the top of the cheese and I always get the 3 cheese blend when I order. I know the difference because I used to work at a Papa John's in Columbus

Your call center is a freaking joke. They don’t listen and talk over u constantly. Ended up hanging up the call out of fear my card would be hacked. Everyone do yourselves a favor and order from Heavenly Pizza or East of Chicago. Do better Papa Johns!!

Never had issues before until today. I ordered food with two drinks but my order was delivered without the drinks. No problem, accidents happen and I’ve done it myself when I delivered. I called the store the let them know so I can either get a refund or preferably have them delivered. I called SIX times from my number and a friend’s number and they answered every time, then hung up on me. I could hear them talking, they just hung up the phone. INSANELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

"Manager" didn't understand current process of delivery and hung up on me because i said he wasn't a good manager then... Also... They're losing money that doordash is charging out the ass for. Are you dull? That's money you... As a delivery business... Could make yourselves! And now doordash isn't responding and Papa John's is hanging up. Talk about word of mouth.... They just threatened to call the police because I'm trying to figure out how to order through doordash and they don't know Jack! Not so sure i ever want their pizza again even though this was my last chance to give them a chance. I have friggin cancer and this is how they treat regular people... Completely worthless

Good pizza, toppings were a little skimpy. The employee had a great attitude. One pepperoncini pepper per pizza, inflation hits again.
Parking: A better location in town, or two stores would help. The lighted signage needs attention on the front of the building.

If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience and wasting your time, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Parking also sucks because there will be a flock of people waiting for their orders in their car.

They sure need to hire new employees at this place try to order pizza got confused and hung up on the guy try to call back and apologize and then to order for my food and the manager Athens Papa John's wouldn't take my order September 5th 9:59 p.m. this is the manager was on duty at the time is very rude not very polite maybe they should teach them a little more manners how to talk to customers when they call

Ordered newyorker using app. Lots of problems. Order went through wrong. Ordered cheese and pepperoni. No peperoni. Tasted bad. Never had a bad pizza from papa johns until now. Wont be back.

Being originally from NY, they had good pizza in a few spots, this place was not bad at all!
We got 4 pizzas, we had to re-cut everyone to get apart and they each had 1.5 inches of outer crust and not enough cheese to even cover the red sauce. Never again will I order from there

Placed order. Went to pick it up and they sent it with a door Dasher with another customers order.Then had to sit and wait on them to remake my order. No apology no discount no nothing. I get things happen but an apology would have been nice.
