This is my personal favorite shop. When I close my eyes and think of pizza, it’s from this Papa John’s. Highly recommend.

Um yea.. we just had that new Cheeseburger pizza and it was sooooo DELICIOUS!!! Probably our new favorite . Please keep it !! The cheeseburger sauce it comes with is AMAZING!! Can’t say enough!! Just keep it !!

Receive burned food and the person that answered the phone tried to argue with me and say that it wasn’t burned and said that they could offer me 50% off for inedible food. Told me I had to wait four hours to call him to speak to a manager that could actually help me. Absolutely pathetic

Ordered a pizza over the phone and some girl completely botched the order charged the card and never ended up delivering the food, then when calling back to get an answer they said we had never placed one even though the card was charged

Absolutely the worst I have ever gotten half of the pizza is super thin almost burnt other half thick barely baked and my knots are not knots

I don't think the chefs here know the difference between the 3 cheese and the Tuscan 6 cheese. I've ordered the Tuscan 6 cheese multiple times and it's supposed to have oregano and other spices on the top of the cheese and I always get the 3 cheese blend when I order. I know the difference because I used to work at a Papa John's in Columbus

Parking: Hard to find parking when it's somewhat busy.
Your call center is a freaking joke. They don’t listen and talk over u constantly. Ended up hanging up the call out of fear my card would be hacked. Everyone do yourselves a favor and order from Heavenly Pizza or East of Chicago. Do better Papa Johns!!

Never had issues before until today. I ordered food with two drinks but my order was delivered without the drinks. No problem, accidents happen and I’ve done it myself when I delivered. I called the store the let them know so I can either get a refund or preferably have them delivered. I called SIX times from my number and a friend’s number and they answered every time, then hung up on me. I could hear them talking, they just hung up the phone. INSANELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

"Manager" didn't understand current process of delivery and hung up on me because i said he wasn't a good manager then... Also... They're losing money that doordash is charging out the ass for. Are you dull? That's money you... As a delivery business... Could make yourselves! And now doordash isn't responding and Papa John's is hanging up. Talk about word of mouth.... They just threatened to call the police because I'm trying to figure out how to order through doordash and they don't know Jack! Not so sure i ever want their pizza again even though this was my last chance to give them a chance. I have friggin cancer and this is how they treat regular people... Completely worthless

Good pizza, toppings were a little skimpy. The employee had a great attitude. One pepperoncini pepper per pizza, inflation hits again.
Parking: A better location in town, or two stores would help. The lighted signage needs attention on the front of the building.

If you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience and wasting your time, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Parking also sucks because there will be a flock of people waiting for their orders in their car.
