Not a great experience. I ask for my full sub to cut in 4 pieces. The person cut it in thirds and then realized the mistake and cut one of the thirds in half to make 4. Not the end of the world. I still ate it
But the fries! Look nothing like the pictures on the wall. crappy soggy fries looked like ends and pieces. Loaded with a ton of salt. Showed the shift manager, he just agreed with me and didn't offer a replacement. So I left. I guess that's what you get for $18 with a tip

After waiting in line, the cashier walked away when I was up to order. He never said I’ll be right with you. He proceeded to start cooking another order on the grill. Another worker stepped up to the register and took my order. Perhaps because I am a black man, the first worker didn’t want to take my order, yet he was the one who ended up cooking my order. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR, YOU MIGHT WANT TO THINK ABOUT NOT VISITING THIS RESTAURANT.

Very sad bread sandwich. Barely any toppings for the price. Some fix it guy was in screaming on the phone and acting like a creepy creeper the whole time. Not going back. I can get 3 times the sandwich at subway for less than half the price. Only good thing was the taste of the fries.

Ordered small cheese steak special which was great. Also had small fries ,lemonade and an italian sub. I got these to go all were very tasty. I had the multi grain bread which was good,seemed to be freshly made tasted quite good.

Very disappointed because I normally love this place! The cooks do not wear hair nets and this has caused a brown curly hair to be found in my sandwich. I am disgusted!!!!
