Last time I give Pizza Hut my money. Ordered a Med Pepperoni w extra sauce. Not sure there was ANY sauce on it - but I paid for it! Pizza was dry and useless.

Food was cold.delivered by door dash not in carrier. Web site to order not working. Had to call them person taking order didn't know what she was doing. Don't like Door dash delivering should be a pizza hut driver. Don't like their delivery charges.all it is,is and increase in the price of the pizza. Then the driver expects a tip on top of the delivery fees. Pizza places take half of the delivery fees even though they hire drivers or contractors

When I got my pizza home, it wasn't cut all the way through, and half of it was only half covered with toppings,was very disappointed

I won’t eat their pizza. The last time I got pizza the sauce was to tart and cardboard crust. It made me ill. Now I love their breadsticks. The breadsticks are awesome and not too pricy. Again the dipping sauce is too tart. The seasoning on the breadsticks is awesome. Pizza Hut just ain’t what it used to be.

1st pizza was really bad, thin & crispy however it was black on bottom & very over done on top. Cheese didn’t even pull apart, & I got double. And we got the goop pepperoni. I don’t know. They tasted funny. They made the pizza taste weird it didn’t taste like the old Pizza Hut.. even the second pizza. Yes, it was thicker and much better. At least the cheese looked melted, but it still did not taste like their old recipe and even the breadsticks have always been my favorite and barely any Parmesan..
We ordered Pizza Hut the other night and it was really good! Pizza turned out great!

One pizza was over baked and hard as hell, couldn't eat it and the other one was barely done. Had issues in the past like this, I'm done going here after giving them chances to keep my business. And they are always angry when you pick up your food... Ajs from now on

The guy who took my order was very rude and hitting the screen hard when I placed an order. Waving his hand trying to get me to hurry up. Told me that placing the order online is better and I should’ve done it that way. Will not be back that’s happened several times at the north main st location
