One pizza was over baked and hard as hell, couldn't eat it and the other one was barely done. Had issues in the past like this, I'm done going here after giving them chances to keep my business. And they are always angry when you pick up your food... Ajs from now on

The guy who took my order was very rude and hitting the screen hard when I placed an order. Waving his hand trying to get me to hurry up. Told me that placing the order online is better and I should’ve done it that way. Will not be back that’s happened several times at the north main st location

As for recommendations, a large bacon stuffed crust pizza is awesome. I haven't had them front this location, but pizza Hut always makes good cinnamon sticks, too.

Vegetarian options: The new toppings are so yummy...roasted peppers & caramelized onions are now favorites of mine and go great on any dough selection of your choice (we love the original pan pizza crust) they have plenty of vegetable choices to top your pizza with....

My wife was on hold with this location for over 40 minutes so we drove up there. The employee at the counter told her they was no one there that was trained to answer phones so they don’t. You have to be joking me. I know corporate will come back with an I’m sorry for your experience, how about y’all fix this problem and not just tell us how sorry y’all are. We already know how SORRY Pizza Hut is and will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again. What a terrible way to do business!!!!!!!!

I called this particular establishment and ordered dinner for my house. The business hours on their website say 10:30 a.m. as they're opening time. I was told that our pizza would be to our house within 25 minutes we waited almost an hour before calling because we understand pizza joints get busy especially when it comes to deliveries and we didn't want to be rude or pushy. When I called to check the status the person that I spoke with asked me for my phone number then put me on hold. I hung up and called back because I was on hold for almost 7 minutes. I explained my situation to the same person again only for them to say okay and then put me on hold again. I ended up driving to the establishment and asking about my order only to find out that they did not open until 6:00 p.m. that night. I understand that the employees do not handle orders but the communication between restaurant and call center is horrible and while it wasn't too difficult for me to find a different Pizza Hut to order from this is horrible customer service, do better Pizza Hut, I'm a little disappointed to be honest.

We ordered the pepperoni lovers medium pizza and they gave us a regular pepperoni pizza they knew what they was doing because everytime we try to call the store we got no answer plus they out source all they calls to a call center so they don't have to deal with the customers . We used to love pizza hut we will never order from this pizza hut again
