Tucked away from the well-worn paths of chain restaurants, I stumbled upon an Italian gem that turned an ordinary evening into a feast worth remembering. If every new dining experience were as splendid as this one, I’d happily trade my pen for the life of a professional food critic.

I began with the fried ravioli, golden and audibly crisp, each bite yielding to a silky, creamy filling that sang in harmony with the bright, tangy marinara alongside it. It was the kind of appetizer that sets the stage with confidence—simple in appearance, but flawless in execution. Then, breaking with tradition, I moved straight to dessert—because why not? Their tiramisu was a cloud of espresso-soaked delight, airy yet indulgent, cocoa-kissed and impossible to resist. I saved half for later, but only with great restraint.

A modest salad followed, a refreshing interlude of iceberg and romaine with the usual adornments of shredded cheese and dressing—a palate cleanser more than a centerpiece.

And then came the headliner: The Big Fat Tony. Imagine a theatrical entrance—our server needed both hands to deliver this leviathan of Italian-American bravado. At its base, a tangle of spaghetti cloaked in a marriage of creamy marinara and Alfredo sauces. Atop that, a hulking square of lasagna, oozing molten cheese and layered with hearty meats—even salami, a delightful surprise. This was crowned with chicken Parmesan, then cloaked once more under a hearty, sausage-studded Bolognese. The entire creation was bound together with molten broiled cheese, draped like a decadent curtain over the entire composition. On the side: a slab of garlic bread so immense it could have been a meal in itself, toasted to a satisfying crunch with a garlicky perfume that filled the air.

The platter was less a dish and more an edible spectacle—part opera, part architectural marvel. After only a few forkfuls, I surrendered, boxing the rest to discover later that it stretched into four additional meals.

The experience was elevated by a server whose attentiveness and charm matched the generosity of the kitchen. The restaurant itself evoked nostalgia—clean, warm, and welcoming, the kind of place that feels both familiar and worth traveling for.

This was not just dinner—it was an event, an indulgence, a reminder of why family-run Italian restaurants endure. If your path ever crosses this hidden treasure, don’t hesitate. To miss it would be to miss a feast both fabulous and unforgettable.

We came in here for a quick stop for our trip through Ohio, and this place was amazing! I got the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, and it blew me away! The taste and smell was so good! The hospitality and atmosphere of the restaurant is great too. If I ever come back to this area I’m definitely coming back here!

We DoorDashed from Preteroti’s and everything was awesome! The Chicken Parm and Ravioli Delight were still hot and delicious when they arrived, seriously flavorful and super satisfying. The kids loved the spaghetti and Asiago chicken strips (those were gone fast). Portion sizes were great and everything traveled really well. Definitely one of the better takeout meals we’ve had in a while. Will order again for sure!

What a great family owned Italian restaurant. I had the lasagne and it was delicious! I’d rank it the best I ever had. Full of different meats and cheeses with an amazing sauce and warm piece of garlic bread. The service is great and I’m glad I stopped in.

Went here for the first time today with a party of 10, and I don't regret it one bit. Our service was amazing and very hospitable and the food was immaculate, definitely, definitely recommend to anyone who's in the area. I personally want to shout out the 3 cheese tortellini, which is what I had, but my family gave great reviews on their bolganese, spaghetti and salad.

Food is ok. It is a pasta place. Typically priced for pasta but called for two orders of chicken alfredo. They overcharged then said they put it in the way i ordered it. Chicken alfredo is chicken alfredo regardless of how worded. So stupid.

We stopped in while on a business trip. This restaurant was recommended by locals. We forgot to take pictures, but the Lasagna was fantastic and a gigantic serving. Also, good were the fried ravioli.
