Went through the drive thru.. had to repeat my order 2-3x, fries taste like a bucket of salt was dumped on them and once AGAIN I paid for extra sauce and didn't get it. I even asked the girl at the window if she got my extra sauce and she said yes. Also asked for light ice and that didn't happen either.

My boyfriend got a caniac meal, and I got the 4 piece tender meal. Our fries were soggy, bread was sogg and cold, and our tenders were incredibly small for the price. How disappointing. Will not be eating here again.

Music loud and batter didn't stick to the chicken. What i couldn't get past right this second was that a small red head girl took my drink order of lemonade and when i asked for a refill she said "lemonades aren't free refills" when i asked why don't they tell you that as you're ordering she said "my manager told us not to". That's really BAD business and i won't be returning....... All over $1.75

The chicken was piping hot and really good. The sauce was amazing. My first time trying it since we don’t have one in Michigan. If I’m ever in Ohio again, will definitely stop by again!

Always great food and service. The location is a little wacky to park or drive through. Be careful.

Much faster now that they’ve been open for a while. Crowds are much less. Pulled right up to the drive thru today. Had my food in about three mins.
