Wanted chicken so I landed here and i was not disappointed. I have become a chicken snob over the years ( i eat chicken wings everywhere I go if there is some on the menu) The wings here are large and crunchy and seasoned well. If you like sauce and order em wet you will get wet wings for sure. Good selection of sauces but I got hot cause it's the gold standard. wings were piping hot (temp) and just plain juicy. Wife ordered one of your burgers, no bun. When order arrived, was a hamburger with a piece of cheese on it. Nothing else. I asked the waitress where are the condiments? She replied, we had to ask for them. Even though the picture in the menu showed condiments on the burger. Won't be back.
My husband and I came here after we both got out of work for an early dinner. We were treated very poorly by our server, Amy. She was rude, rolled her eyes at us multiple times, and was extremely slow. I understand that servers do not cook the food and the wait for food wasn’t what had upset me, it was the way we were treated in such an unkind manner. We will be back to Ralphie’s because we love it here, but not during lunch hours.
