Multiple days of being out of a specific tea on a popular drink is unacceptable. Who ever is in charge of ordering this should be demoted.

I went there this morning And bought two Frappuccino with extra caramel crunch and they did not even put any crunch at all. It was horrible with just water and whip no taste at all. Paid 12.90 for two and did not even get to drink it at all. Horrible experience.

Been here twice within a week and the drinks were disgusting and the lattes tasted burnt. The employee at the window was nice, but as a former Starbucks employee I know when a drink is made incorrectly. Probably won’t be going back to this location.

Riley is AMAZING!!!! Every morning I come through the drive through She always make sure my drink is extra extra hot like I always order it. She is so amazing. this little lady should be the manager of a Starbucks. She absolutely goes above and beyond for her customers.

Been here two days in a row and both times the orders have been incorrect and the coffee tasted like a watered down and burnt cup of milk. . I’ve been here many times and never had complaints until now. Not sure if they have new staff or what the deal is

I go every morning before work. One Barista named SARA is AMAZING! She knows my name and talks to me every time she is there. Its a personal touch you don't see a lot of anymore. All the staff there are great and friendly. Its a great Starbucks. I have been to many, this one is the best!

We frequent this location everyday, if not multiple times a day. We’ve been visiting this location for nearly 4 years now and usually have an amazing experience. Today was unfortunately the deal breaker. We requested light ice inside of a $7 refresher and received a cup full of ice with about 4 big gulps of the actual drink. I called and was very polite speaking with the woman over the phone explaining our situation. She told me to come back through the drive thru for a replacement drink! I drove all the way back to the location just for the same woman, Alana, to say she isn’t replacing the beverage. This location usually has a great atmosphere, with great quality drinks and fast service. However, recently this location has hired very un polite and rude employees that make the experience uncomfortable for the customers. We will now frequent a different location due to this experience with Alana , even if it is a further drive! I reported this to corporate as well!

I've been 5 star with this location for awhile. However after being a regular and being told sorry I don't have long straws for venti iced latte and hands me a small straw on a REGULAR BASIS!!! It's a problem obviously we need to order more long straws!!! Get it it together tiffin ave!!

This is a great Starbucks! As we all know, some places are hit or miss depending on when you stop. This is NOT the case for this Starbucks. The atmosphere is energetic & positive if you pick up in store. I've never seen a sad face in the drive-thru either.It is definitely always busy here, so using the app here & there might help you navigate some of the busier times a bit easier.Parking is a bit of a struggle during peak times until you get used to the multiple parking areas around the store that are quick & easy to get in and out of.All that said, their coffee is always outstanding & the batista know their stuff!
