I usually love Starbucks but the team didn’t seem happy to be there. My drink took a while and when it finally came out it wasn’t made right. I couldn’t get anyone's attention to have them fix it. Such a weird experience for Starbucks. My local Starbucks is just far more inviting.

Went through the drive through and ordered a drink that was suggested to me on tiktok. They were very patient with me and made my coffee just how I said they also upsized because they liked my choice. Very friendly service and the drink was delicious.

Every time I go through this drive through they mess my drink up! Then, they have the actual audacity to argue with me about MY drink order. Ummm the last time I checked it’s MY order, and MY drink…. Not theirs. So rude, horrible service and terrible drinks! Of course Findlay ruined something good! 🤢

Every single time I go to this location my drink is always messed up. The employees are rude when you let them know that a drink that says “no whip” and has whip on it is wrong.

Multiple days of being out of a specific tea on a popular drink is unacceptable. Who ever is in charge of ordering this should be demoted.

I went there this morning And bought two Frappuccino with extra caramel crunch and they did not even put any crunch at all. It was horrible with just water and whip no taste at all. Paid 12.90 for two and did not even get to drink it at all. Horrible experience.

Been here twice within a week and the drinks were disgusting and the lattes tasted burnt. The employee at the window was nice, but as a former Starbucks employee I know when a drink is made incorrectly. Probably won’t be going back to this location.
