Worst Starbucks in Findlay Ohio. Ordered 2 iced lattes. They tasted disgusting. They also just dumped some hot coffee and through ice on it and called it and ice coffee. Couldn't even taste any of the syrups in there. Then the only send one of my eggs wrap with a note saying contact your delivery person for a refund. You all knew the item was missing and should've have notified doordash instead of me having to deal with it. Looks like I got a full refund for 50 plus 15 in doordash credits for your ignorance on making an iced latte and lack of customer service. Will never use Trenton avenue Starbucks again!!!!

I’m not sure why they have a mobile order drive-thru lane if they don’t allow customers to use it — it’s always blocked off and mobile order customers picking up at the drive-thru are forced to use the ‘order here’ lane. To me, it just defeats the purpose of having two different lanes. Your best bet is just heading to the Tiffin Avenue location as they’re much more accommodating there.
All of this being said, there are a few employees that work here that I don't want to discount that are phenomenal at what they do and are incredibly friendly and nice. I wish I knew their names so that I could call them out, but I hope they know who they are! They're the reason why I gave 2 stars (originally gave 1).

I came in and everyone was very nice to me. My drink was made quickly and came with excellent food. Emma was very sweet and friendly despite it being somewhat busy and stressful at the time. I enjoyed my experience a lot at this starbucks, it’s much quicker and nicer than the Tiffin store when it comes to service and cleanliness.

The lady who took my order today ( i am so sorry i forgot her name she was an absolute sweetheart) took her time to help me figure out what to put in a drink for a friend. She also told me all my options that i never knew i had!! The manager (lyssa) was also so very kind and showed much kindness!! My drinks are amazingggg today!!! by far my best starbucks interaction ever!

It’s pretty sad when you asked to speak to a manager, and he is on the property but hiding in the dish area and asking another customer service representative to play middleman and take notes back-and-forth while questions are being asked… To be a manager need to have a tough skin you need to be able to handle good and bad customer complaints in what happened that day was a mistake and what I needed to hear was you were going to rectify it, but instead, you chose to stay in the back because you know when you mess up on a drink that drink should automatically be thrown away it should not be taken from one customer’s hand And given to another customer that is sitting at the drive-through anything is possible once it touches that first customer received. It is a very unsanitary and breaks. Food code laws

Findlay Trenton Ave store is top notch. The drive thru line hardly stops. Everyone is nice as pie. Only complaint is when you order multiple food items they will try to hand them to you w no bag and they slide all over the front seat. Also, let's normalize tipping.
