Very bad service took 22 minutes for a chai tea it just keeps getting worse and worse needs new management or close the store giving the corporate brand a bad name.

Had a pretty rough experience this morning at opening. Store was not ready, and I was unable to receive half of my online order due to "technical issues". I had to wait around for 10 minutes just for a cup of coffee. Never received the sandwich I ordered.

Swanky shop! We ordered inside then went through the drive-thru with a mobile pickup order. Inside was good. Coffee was at a good temperature and the lemon bar was awesome. We had to wait for the mobile order. Some improvement could be used here.... Both orders were correct

I come to this Starbucks every single morning, when I see grace at the window it makes my whole day! She is the absolute best barista! She makes sure my drink is 100% perfect every time and always remembers my order! It’s a joy to see her in the mornings! Starbucks is lucky to have her!

This Starbucks is not great. I get the same drink every time and it's always different. Not to mention for the price I would expect it to be better than it is. My coffee was barely half full this time and tasted like burnt coffee.

As if shrinkflation on the cup wasn't enough already. That pic was taken after arriving home when the foam cleared, and having not drunk it yet. The barista blamed it on foam but there was an inch between the foam and the rim already when she said that. And she made no effort to add more...so despite what PR cleanup they may attempt in response to this review (hey give us a call and we'll part the grey skies), it's lip service. I actually thought she gave me a cappuccino by mistake. 3 dollars for that "grande" Pike...that's almost half the cost of a 12 oz. ground bag that could probably produce about 30 grande's. That was my first time there, just wanted to give them a shot, check out the music (tolerable volume but country...not my thing) to see if I could get work done there. One and done on this location.
