Took 42 minutes to get our order and it was not accurate. Drink machine ran out of ice and was not refilled during the hour that we were there. Staff was not at all friendly.

It’s a good place to eat. Quality food and always fresh. The steak burgers are very good and big. The onion rings are crispy and delicious. So are the fries. Just a short wait to get my food. Not the cheapest place to eat but the quality is worth it.

Don't like the non verbal communication system for in door orders. And the scan paper for the drink system. Stick to drive thru service, but overall food is still good and really like that they fry with tallow (best healthiest oil)

Another delicious fast food burger. We bought a double cheeseburger and fries from here then went across the street and purchased the same at Culvers. Really hard to say which burger I liked best, but the fries I have to give to S&S. They even fry them in beef tallow.

Traveling with my family & decided get a burger and shake before heading home. Ordered at 12:30pm. I didn’t get my 2 burgers and 1 French fries until 1:28pm. I also had a shake but decided to leave it behind because I couldn’t continue to wait when I’ve already waited an hour for 3 items. There were 4 workers. 2 in training. I understand the short staff situation that is why I waited in patience, but management needs to be a bit more stable. Before I got my order, 1 worker “fell ill” and the other worker had take them home. Therefore, there was only 2 workers left with a dozen people waiting for their orders. They would have gotten a lot more done if they weren’t so busy talking and getting overwhelmed by pressure. That is why I blame the management for throwing these honest workers into the fire like this. This is how you “lose” workers, not keep them nor the customers. Hope the workers realize that place is not for them and leave all together. Time to clean house and train your workers thoroughly! Really wanted that shake though l. Didn’t even get a refund because the girl “didn’t know how to do it” and I didn’t want to take her away from making food for the customers behind me. Someone save that place.

I stopped here last week on the 4th of July with my daughter. We were passing through Findlay and wanted something a little different than fast food. It turned to be a good choice. The food was much better than fast food and at a comparable price. Hamburgers and shakes were a great way to celebrate an American holiday.
