I can’t not say anything good about this place. Got there and the place was dead. We ordered on the kiosk because god forbid places have people working at registers anymore. Ordered 3 burgers and fries, 2 fountain drinks, and a bottle of water. Waited 30min for our food and saw people that came in after us get their food and leave. Once our food came out it was cold and we was missing fries. They also never gave us the bottle of water because they was out and didn’t tell us. I don’t see how you can miss items in orders when you are not even busy, let alone be out of something and say anything.

Ordered our food about 1pm through the app. Said it was going to be ready by 1:13pm. We went inside about 1:10pm and sat down. Waited about 10 minutes and decided to get our drinks.

It was a little busy because of the Sunday crowd but here's my complaint.
We saw people at the counter that were ordering on the kiosk.

While my wife and I were sitting at our table, people were just getting done ordering at the kiosk and they got their drinks and sat down. More people came in and ordered from the kiosk.

We waited and waited and the kitchen kept calling everyone but us that their food was ready. After 30 minutes, I walked up to the kitchen and asked when my food would be ready. They asked me my name and looked on the screen. I then could here the manager say in the background, "why are we skipping over him?" She never came back to me, so I sat down. About 5 minutes later, she screamed from the kitchen, "is he still here?" I decided to scream back and say yes. A cook also acknowledged that I was still there. Three minutes later, she brought us our food with no "I'm sorry," or compensation.

My wife and I were hungry. When my wife opened her burger there were tomatoes on it and she asked for no tomatoes. The fries were super cold and tasteless. Like you just got them out of a freezer and deep fried them.

All in all, we waited 38 minutes from the time it was supposed to be ready before we got our food and it took us about 10 minutes to eat it as we were starved.

Probably not going back until they get that fixed.

Food is good, but one person left the line in front of me , and after waiting 15 minutes at the mic to order and no movement in the car line after 20 minutes (3 cars deep), nobody has time to sit in line for 35 minutes just to get "fast food". Horrible, slow, ridiculous. Do better!

Burger was ok, onion rings were quite good. Sadly, the restaurant has no counter staff so ordering is only done by computer, not very convenient...you even need a bar code on your receipt to operate the soda machine...very inconvenient.

Something that we did not expect was to stand as a family in front of a kiosk and go through the stress of ordering while standing. It was overwhelming while dealing with an underwhelming, limited menu. The restaurant was freezing inside, when it’s already freezing outside, it was as if their heat wasn’t on. The bathrooms are a common complaint and I can see why. We had to order ourselves, clean up ourselves and service ourselves. It’s not a relaxing dining experience by any means. The only upside was the cooks. One communicated with us to let us know the status of our food and the order was completely correct. The manager was not paying attention and let me stand in front of the counter for ten minutes waiting to ask for a box but the other young cook working stopped what he was doing to get me a few- even after the managers (women on shift) couldn’t be bothered to give me the time of day. I was the only one up there.

We will not go back.

Came at 6:00 on a saturday. Was the 5th car in the drive-thru line. 35 minutes later, i was the 3rd car in the drive thru line. Left the line and will never return.

Poor customer service. There is absolutely no customer service or customer interaction at all, employees ignored us when we asked for to go containers.

It was so cold inside the restaurant that by the time we got our food from the counter to the table it was ice cold.
It was colder inside the building that it was outside which is crazy.

I typically love the food here. But after waiting in the drive thru line for ten minutes I pulled up to the window to see a guy vaping in the kitchen. Drove over to Culver's immediately.

Went in for a burger. Couldn't even get that. There was one person there eating with their child bathrooms were dirty and disgusting and you needed a kiosk to just order a burger with no one in the place
