I really like coming to this Subway. It's very convenient and close to my home and other downtown places I like to go. There is plenty of parking and seating. The workers are eager to please, and do a good job preparing the food.

This would be a decent Subway location, except for the service. They hire teenagers that don’t know how to do their job and end up standing around idle and helpless, while the adult weekend supervisor handles every single task… slowly. There have been several times where I was the only one in line and it took 3-5 minutes before anyone came to take my order. It almost seems like they enjoy making people wait!

Delivery driver on time and very polite. The app was easy to use. Unfortunately the sub was made incorrectly, had a pretzel stick, was not baked properly and forgot the cheese cup. Not one napkin in the bag. It's like not being focused on task

Not CLEAN. The workers are not wearing hair nets, the vegetables looked old and gross, and the bathroom sink didn’t even work.I literally got cheese and lettuce on my sandwich because everything else looked like I might get food poisoning from it.

The downtown Findlay Subway is the best Subway that we have EVER eaten at. The sandwich makers are friendly, fast, efficient, and super hard workers. This location has a pleasant sit down area. It's always clean and we like the music that plays.
