We are from Kentucky. We stopped in on a trip. This is one of the best subways we have stopped at. They were very nice and the bread was so fresh.

This Subway is within walking distance of my office, so it is great that it is so consistently well managed, well staffed and well stocked. There are times that they are very busy with a lunch rush, but everyone just hustles and makes it work! I have never known them to be out of an item/ingredient.it is nice just to be able to count on fresh ingredients on a sub made quickly and to my exact specifications. I appreciate this shop!

Ordered from this store on Doordarsh yesterday and had 2 very disappointing subs. Before I even opened the bag I could tell it was going to be a mess because of the greasey fingerprints all over the outside. The breads were pale and soggy and ripped like someone had stuck their fingers right through it. My toasted sub was stone cold and the cucumbers tasted like they had been left to soak in chemicals. My partners sub was also soaked in sauce, granted he had mayo and honey mustard but I've ordered plenty that haven't been anywhere near as sloppy. Very unpleasant.

Hours are advertising incorrectly called up asked if they had any cookies left. They said they did. It’s only 2113 according to the website and google maps they close at 2200 walked over at 2113 and they were closed and had all the lights off.

The only guy was rude and nothing was fresh and he put sauce on my sub that I didn’t want and when we got home he not only messed up my wife’s sub he didn’t put any napkins in the bag

The sandwiches I bought three. This is the second time so I will not shop there again. Little to no meat on footlong sandwiches. I tried to order from west main cross location. Delivery sent me to Trenton. Horrible food. Not worth the money.

We were here the afternoon of 9/16/23 and the woman who was working behind the counter was not only friendly, but also hilarious!! She made us wonderful sandwiches and we chatted and laughed about our day. We still think about how awesome she is!
We eat here a lot. The staff all knows us by name and what we order. Excellent service we chat about our weeks and plans for the weekend with the staff. They are so friendly. They've become friends not just sandwich artists..

This is a good Subway. They are open when they say they will be. The place is clean and the girl that waited on me was nice, pleasant and very pretty. If you are on 75 and want a Subway sandwich this is the one to go to. Do not go to the one on 99.
