Ever since the new owners and management took over, this Subway has completely transformed! The service is faster, friendlier, and more efficient than ever before. The staff is welcoming and always makes sure my order is just right. The ingredients are fresh, the store is spotless, and the atmosphere feels more inviting. It’s clear that the new management truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction.

Didn't know it takes 20 minutes to make a foot long bacon egg and cheese. I got my sub toasted. It was cold when I left. Ok staff. Ok environment. Food is ok

I have had the worst week in existence and I stopped in for a sub and Shelby made not only my sub PERFECT but my day better. Not only was she kind, my sub was literally everything I asked for. I think I'm gonna stick to this location just for Shelby!! <3

Ordered cookies with my order. Never got them. Again. Order the footling cookie, they are always out. Called the store spoke with manager, no help, no refund. Calling corporate.

The worst customer service ever. I came in one person in front of me she made her subs then made mine by then 4 more people came in and she made there's also while the gal before me and I were waiting for someone anyone to put topping on our subs. I spend 22 min in here most of it waiting... I will not come back to this store.. Lady you should really finish the first customer then move along. Not wait on everyone and leave us hanging. Meanwhile you had 2 lady's in the back. You can't do it all by urself.

Didn't read my online order correctly so sub was made wrong. I stood there without being acknowledged for about 5 mins, all while the 2nd worker filled stuff and she def seen me. My husbands sub looked like the tomatoes and onions were an after thought.. literally was just set on top of the bread, not inside.

i would like to start by saying i have never had a good sub from this location, when I opened the wrapped sub the toppings had made its way out of the sub, it was cold and soggy even though I asked for it toasted.

Very nice people. Good experience for the most part. If I could change anything it would be the way the gentleman there adds the ingredients on the sub everytime my sub has stuff falling out of it and the wrapping is stuck to it from where he puts the sauce on top. Hopefully he will consider changing up how he makes them. I'd give this place a 5 star review besides that. Very good customer service!

My chicken wasn't heated up. Ask for lite mayo on sub and my sub was a mess. Not happy at all!
