Can't believe they refused to microwave a pizza sub for 45 seconds . Why should they try to make us toast a sub . Reality is this world doesn't revolve around your stupid toasted subs . I hope Jersey Mike's moves in next to you .

went with my mom and two sisters a couple of months ago. sketchiest restaurant i have ever stepped foot in. service was awful, and they misheard one of our orders and gave my mom a sub instead of a wrap and were generally very careless about what they were doing. one sister's sub was way overfilled and she ended up needing a fork, and mine hardly had anything on it. there were dead bugs in front of the window and the tables/seats were not very well cleaned. the environment was just uncomfortable in general and being in there creeped me the hell out. never again.

Ordered 2 FL cheesesteak subs which are suppose to have a cheddar cheese sauce along with garlic aioli. Neither sandwich had the cheddar cheese sauce. Barely any garlic sauce either but at this point I'm not surprised! I called and was offered a 6" & told they would mot replace both & that they followed the order. They DID NOT follow the order! My order clearly says cheddar cheese on BOTH! They then offered 2 6" subs. That is not what I paid almost $20 for! The manager never got on the phone. I don'teven know their name. The employee who answered had to keep putting me on hold. Poor service, poor management. Will never spend $ at this Subway again! Shouldn't have given it 1 star but there's nothing lower!

The girl had no clue what she was doing. I get that she's fairly new but the other guy left her alone up front. She didn't know what went on a subway club. I also ordered the footlong pretzel and it was so hard i couldn't eat it. I would not recommend this particular location to dine at. Very disappointed all the way around.

Shame on management, I stood there waiting for 15 minutes until the only worker came out of the restroom looking sickly. This place needs a management overhaul to be as good as other subways.

I never review restaurants, and especially never leave negative ones, but this place should be shut down. I’ve tried three times to eat there in the last year. The first time an employee quit in front of me citing lack of pay, which I believe, the second time my to-go order was not made 45 minutes after placing it, and an employee came walking into the kitchen with a plunger when I came in to get it. The final straw was tonight - one employee on duty, literally open-mouth coughing into the food while making sandwiches. A complete disaster of a restaurant. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible experience.. there were 2 employees, one in training and one experienced. The experienced one wasnt helping the trainee learn. He didnt acknowledge me and didnt ask what he could make me. He genuinely dont seem to care about service. The store was unkempt and food was cross contaminated. The experienced one didnt clean knives between subs or change gloves between customers. Neither one was wearing a name tag or Subway attire, other than apron. Subs were cold and not made to specifications. I will not be returning.

Placed a on line order app says 1:20pm. Get there early there’s 1 person in line and 1 waiting for a door dash. Stand there for another 20 minutes. I swear all 3 employees are high as a kite. Lady could barely open her blood shot eyes. Younger guy couldn’t move slower. Worst experience that wasn’t a Walmart subway.
