If I could give this a zero star I would!! Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. We walk in and everyone is sitting down or standing up pushing each other acting a damn fool The two older guys more specifically were extremely immature and unprofessional they (as they were making my food) were talking about coughing up “loudgies” and one of them said that the other threw a snot rag at them in the process of all this. None of them had hair nets on and if I’m being perfectly honest they both looked like they hadn’t showered in months. My brother asked for egg both my mom and I heard him do so, then the worker proceeded to not put egg on his steak egg and cheese then got upset when I corrected him and gave us attitude. The fact that they are still working there is crazy to me with all these terrible reviews. Fire these people and hire people who actually do their job and won’t act stupid because that is absolutely ridiculous! Never will I go here again. Absolutely terrible.

went with my mother while running errands and on a time crunch. It was 2:30 in the afternoon on a sunday and not another soul in there. Approached the counter and first young boy said it would be a min as he was finishing an online order. There was another employee (hunter) eating at a table and first employee told him to come help. He continued to sit there for another few minutes when he finally decided to come do his job. He then proceeded to stand in the kitchen and mess with the music while the two argued over what should be played. First guy finished making the online order and helped me but didn't even offer to also take my mom's order. He stood there and watched the oven, put all my veggies on, etc and still nobody was helping my mom. Hunter finally went and washed his hands about the time first guy was finishing mine and then he STILL didn't take her order. First guy rang me out and then the two of them proceeded to bad mouth another employee not currently working. I didn't even receive my receipt so I could do an official survey and we had been there for over 20 min to get two very simple subs. Hunter was farrr more interested in finding every excuse to not do his job and when he finally started making her sandwich, it was very lacking. When we finally got back to the car, she opened it to see he didn't even cut it in half which made for a big mess. Absolute waste of time and money and don't plan on going back!

I ordered ham and cheese and it only had 6 pieces ham on a 12 sub she that a 12 sub get which is a crock I will never go there again

Subway in Findlay, ohio on Tiffin Avenue in Walmart store. Chicken teriyaki sandwich was given with ice cold chicken. When approached subway workers said I didnt want the sandwich toasted your still suppose to heat up the chicken. Was told by worker we lost $500 revenue because we heated up chicken when not toasted and you need to request chicken heated if not toasted. My reply was well why didnt the artist ask if we wanted chicken heated? Personnel never asked and wouldn't remake a 6" sub. Will never go back to that subway. All other subways in ohio still heat chicken when not toasting where have standards gone for frozen chicken and getting it to temperature of minimum 165° for consumers to eat and not still be frozen? Also was never given a receipt. Was here on 4-30-24 grabbing lunch for kids and wife, and will never come here again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a subway. Didn’t have half of the stuff that was wanted on my sub, and didn’t even have all the stuff on the menu, I got a bacon egg and cheese, and got 2 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of cheese, and 2 eggs for a foot long sub? SERIOUSLY!? The service was terrible, they didnt listen to a word that was said, and were very unprofessional talking about other workers in front of the customers, if I could rate a zero, I absolutely would. ruined subway for me

I ordered online, usually I have zero issues when I order from subway online. They left a note on my order (instead of calling, mind you) that stated they do not make meatballs that early in the morning, (8am) nor do they have the Italian herbs and cheese bread and complaining about making it. Had they called I would have had zero issue picking out a different sub, or getting a partial refund and only getting my other one. But, they made exactly what I ordered which I do appreciate, but when you send the customer a note on their bag complaining about having to do your job and make the sub I ordered, that’s a little extreme. So be warned on how this subway reacts to and treats its customers.

They are kind of a mess here. Pickup orders rarely go smoothly. Some of the employees are just not friendly and could care less. I love subway but I won't go here

I got in line behind one person who was currently being served. It took 10 minutes for them to finish with that customer. When the lady got to me, it took an additional 8 minutes to make my sandwich. While she was making my sandwich, she began making 2 others at the same time at the same slow pace. I was on break for lunch, and had to shovel the food down my throat just to make it back to work, and I didn't have time to finish. I did not have a good experience and will more than likely not return.
